    I placed an order for 4 customized blankets from Baublebar on 12/2/22. Apparently the website said that it would ship in 4 weeks, but for whatever reason the Shop app (they request we use to track says 4-5 business days). That said, it is now 1/18/23 and my item still has not shipped. $267 has been taken from me without my items even being shipped. I wrote in and complained to Baublebar MULTIPLE times and received generic emails with no resolutions. They eventually updated me that now my blankets would ship by 1/23/23. I wrote back saying that this was insane and that I feel I am entitled to some sort of compensation. Baublebar wrote me back saying that they could cancel my order (which indicates to me that it probably isnt even being made yet and this was on 1/13/2023). This business is incredibly unprofessional. I want my order because my nephews have now waited far too long for these blankets and know about them. I WANT AN UPDATE ON WHEN I WILL ACTUALLY HAVE THIS ORDER. I cannot believe they get away with not giving any sort of tracking! I also feel that I am entitled to some sort of a refund while still receiving the blankets I paid for over a month ago.

    I bought a leather case for a iPhone 13 Pro with custom initials on November 27, 2022. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The case would take approximately 5 weeks for production. I sent an email on December 19, 2022 requesting a status of the product. I received an email back on December 30, 2022 reminding me that it would take 5 weeks. I sent another email on January 6, 2023 requesting a status update with no answer so far. To track an order from BaubleBar, the consumer must download the Shop app. There has been no communication from the emails or the Shop app describing any progress on the order. I would like the case to be delivered ASAP or cancel the order and refund the money.

    During the holidays, approximately 3 weeks before Christmas, I ordered the sweet treat bracelet set for my daughter. The expectation was for it to arrive before Christmas. When I did not receive the item for Christmas, I assumed the orders may have gotten backed up. When I did not receive the product the week after Christmas, I tracked the package. The tracking information stated that the package had been delivered. I immediately viewed my outside cameras to make sure it was not stolen from my mailbox nor my porch. There was no evidence of anything being delivered. I reached out via email on December 30th detailing the events and how I didnt receive my order. I received a response stating that someone would reach out to me via email in **** business days. After not receiving an email on January 10th, I emailed again with no response. It is now January 17th 2023 and I have no response via email nor have I received my item. I would like a full refund or the item that I purchased.

I have reached out several times and only gotten automated emails stating that my complaint was received and someone would reach out and that never happened.

    I placed an order on Dec 10th and have still not received my order. On Dec. 23rd I emailed customer service to inquire about my order. After almost 1 month of no response back, I finally received an email on Jan. 10th telling me that my shipment was lost in transit. Im not sure how this happened, as they DID have the correct address. Now, it is Jan.13th and I have yet to receive any more information.

    I placed an order on 11/23/22 for a letter blanket for a Christmas gift. I paid an additional $15 for expedited shipping. I tried multiple times to contact customer service to confirm that the blanket would arrive in time. I received a blanket on Christmas eve and it was the wrong item. I once again tried multiple times to contact Baublebar and have yet to here anything from them. It's terrible customer service.

    Placed an order for a blanket with Bauble Bar on November 28, 2022.Full Cost was $74.02 Have still NOT received the blanket!Customer service is non existent. No one is getting back to me. Christmas has long gone and i still do NOT have the item!!!

The custom blanket was purchased after our Christmas promised date and as stated on her order screenshot and the ******* order page, would be delivered after 12/23 and our agents provided new shipment date once we confirmed manufacturing timelines once she inquired. Her item was shipped on the date provided and confirmed delivered.

    My family made a custom necklace order on November 25, 2021 for a total of $347.75 and it stated it would ship within 5 weeks. The order number was ******. It was under the name ***********************. It was not received within the 5 week period of time. We have attempted to contact them via email and ******** several times and I have attempted to find a phone number for the company to no avail. The number found online does not work. The credit card was charged immediately. We would like our product or a full refund.

    Buyer beware!!! I spent over $400 on Christmas gifts that I ordered on November 23. It is January 5 and I have yet to receive the items that I ordered, or a response to the 3 emails Ive sent as well as multiple Instagram messages. Also of note, there is no phone # (sketchy). Stay away!!!!

    Ordered items from Baublebar on November 30 for $95.44 order #******. Items showed as shipped but that *** was pending to give them to ***** No items were received. Contacted customer service and did not receive a response until I reached out on their social media. ******** service agent who emailed said some of the items I ordered were no longer in stock and she could send the ones that were and a refund for the rest. I replied to please do so and to send me the tracking number. I have not heard back from the company or received any goods or a refund.

    I placed 2 order with Baublebar, for 3 custom blankets. They were placed on November 23 and November 24 of 2022. I didnt receive either of my orders, or any updates on the tracking information. I reached out to the company via email 4 separate times, and reached out to them Via Instagram direct messages as well. They have made 0 attempts to contact me or resolve this problem. I havent heard from an actual human being in this company, and I will continue to email, message, and file complaints until my problem with them is solved. This business is a complete scam and I regret giving them my money.
