    On november fourth I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. Nov. 12, I asked for an update and they told me it would ship out around Dec. 5th. It has now been a month and a 1/2. I have not received my item and the only way to get ahold of anybody is email But all they keep saying when I email is. Don't let me know when it ships. It is disgusting and appalled There is no way to call or speak with anybody and if you get a respon to the email it's Just a generic brushing you off and you don't get any information on your order. So now my daughter will not get that for Christmas And I have to notify my card companies to try to get my money back.

    You purchased a custom, made to order necklace which takes 4 weeks to be produced. When we received your finalized piece from our designers, the customization was spelled incorrectly. We immediately reached out to you and offered a replacement or a refund. You chose replacement, which we rushed in order to get the necklace back in time for Christmas delivery. We also upgraded your shipping to 2 day expedited. We understand the necklace took longer than the original promise date, but we would never knowingly send merchandise that was incorrect and not up to our standards. 

    Your order was shipped today via 2 day shipping. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

    I ordered two bracelets on black Friday. Directly following the order, via email, I informed BaubleBar that the symbols needed on the jewelry were not showing up and asked the order be updated. I received a response that they cannot update the order. We have gone back and forth with no resolution. The feel a legend of special characters to symbols that is buried 5-6 photos deep for the item is sufficient. I did not look at all the pictures as this was the item I wanted. When entering customizations, this information is NOT displayed. All I want is the correct jewelry.

Additionally, the return label was not mentioned until the second refund notification. I have returned both items.

    Order was placed 11/23 confirmation #*******, received email that I would receive an email when the order ships, which would be in 2-4 days, this was not received. On 12/5 I emailed the company, my order was not processed, but they would be working on it. On 12/7 I did receive an email that the order was shipped, however, **** as of 12/11 is still waiting for the package. This order was purchased for a trip that I am going on starting 12/15, 3 weeks was sufficient time to receive this order.I am now not receiving responses to my emails with the exception of the automated one stating give them 24 hours to respond. So, if the package has not been given to the post office, I will not receive the order for my trip on 12/15. I purchased 5 items and 3 of them are for this trip. I now want the order canceled and my money refunded.

    Because of the extremely tracking delays we have seen across carriers this year, we asked the customer to wait a full 7 days from the day the order was shipped to see if the items arrive. That date is 12/14. We have responded to all emails. Since the package still has not arrived, we will process a refund for the cost of the order.

    On Fri 11/24/23 I purchased several items that were on sale for Black Friday, including 3 Initial Ornaments. Today, Nov, 29th, the 3 Initial ornaments are on sale for $12 less than they were on black Friday and it has only been 5 days since the purchase. I asked for a price adjustment on the 3 ornaments and was told the following..."Unfortunately, we're unable to price-adjust orders for our Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions. As these are nationally recognized sale periods we do not offer post purchase adjustments for these discounts. We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause."So I purchased during the Black Friday sale which is supposed to be the biggest sale of the year and now 5 days after Black Friday, 3 of the items are lower priced. What their policy says is they would not offer the sale prices for post purchases, but that's not what I'm asking. 5 days later the items are cheaper and now I would like a price adjustment. Horrible customer service and horrible policies. I have never known a company to not offer a price adjustment just 5 days later. I am just asking for my refund of $12 x 3 ornaments for a total of $36.

    We do not offer price adjustments around Black Friday and Cyber Monday because we are constantly adding and removing promotions. As a one time courtesy however, I have processed a refund for the difference.

    Ordered from BaubleBar 1 month ago and have not heard back with shipment. Said it should ship within 2 weeks, and I have not received any updates. After purchase, I noticed many reviews/complaints that people never received their order or it took over a month for shipment.

    The backs on my brand new dirty martini earrings do not stay on. The backs on the 1st pair stay on. I tried them on my new *********** stay on, but the backs they sent do not stay on.

     Read above attached email correspondence. They do not guarantee their earring backs. They said I could send the earrings back for a full refund. I want the earrings. I do not understand why they couldn't just send different backs. This was the 2nd pair of earrings I purchased that were BaubleBar. The backs on the 1st pair were fine. The earrings aren't cheap. I don't expect to get warped backs. I would have happily sent their warped backs to them. Anyway, I will not recommend them or purchase from them again

    The customer reached out regarding issues with her earring, we do not offer earring backs repair and our process for this would be return for refund. Please see the email conversation between the customer and agent, we offered to provide a pre-paid label but the customer did not request one. No additional action required as the customer decided to keep and purchase separate earring backs.

    I bought two bracelets on June 28, 2023. I should have received the items already. I still have yet to receive items and shipment details. I emailed company and no response yet.

    Please see the order page for *********************, shopify order *******. The customer placed her order on 6/******* for custom made items that require a 2-week production timeline. This is clearly written on the product page and on her order confirmation page. In addition, the customer reached out to our customer support on 7/6/2023 and we provided her the same information to her and her item will ship after the 2-week timeline. See attached all conversations with the customer. Please remove this customer complaint as we have not violated any Business rules.

    Ordered a phone case and bracelets on 11/28. The phone case said it would ship in 5 weeks and it has been almost 9 weeks. The bracelets arrived but no phone case. I received an email that it would ship by 1/9, still nothing. I have reached out via email and Instagram. And have not heard back.

    On 12/7/22 I purchased a retro pav initial necklace- J for $12, totaling $21.40 after tax & shipping. The entire website was on ***** but this specific item was final ***** *** was SO excited to give it to my sister for Christmas. It arrived at my apartment 5 days later, 12/12/22, so I just gift wrapped ********** it under the tree without opening the box or anything. Well, my sister finally opened the box on Christmas morning only to find two random gold bangle bracelets ??? I was (and still am) so confused, upset, & disappointed because this is such a careless mistake, & the two bracelets aren't even cute lol. I emailed their customer service account on 12/27/22 AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM ?? They promise to response within 10 days, but were past that now. I would understand if inventory got messed up or somehow there werent any J initials left, but its extremely insensitive & rude to ********* me something completely random without contacting me first

    I placed an order on Nov 21st for 4 custom kids blankets. My card was immediately charged the ******. The blankets were supposed to arrive by Christmas. They still have not arrived as of today, Jan 18th. Ive requested info through their customer service twice, with no response to either. I tried reaching out through ******** messenger with no response. Ive tried phone numbers posted. None of which work. *** received no contact and no information about my order.
