The DB Method offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on The Machine. You have 30 days from when you receive your machine to return it. Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are subject to the terms of our limited warranty and are not covered by this guarantee.
Because of the size and weight of the machine, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive your machine. Return shipping fees will depend on your chosen carrier. Please note that only returns processed through our system with an authorized return number will be accepted. All returns must be in its original shipping box and condition. If your machine is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, an additional restocking fee will apply.
