I requested a quote for gym supplies. I received the quote on 10/25/2021. I opened a purchase order with Gym Source on 11/19/2021 falling within the 30 day grace ****** as the quote stated. I was contacted on 11/30/2021 stating that the quote has now changed, prices have gone up, and an increase in the purchase order is now required. This is the second time Gym Source has raised the prices on me AFTER obtaining a purchase order AND falling within the 30 day grace ****** of the quote. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!Review from Michele G

Actually I give this company zero stars, same issues that I read. Purchased a very expensive piece of equipment, waiting and waiting for delivery info. NOT ONE PHONE CALL. We tracked them down and cancelled the order after 3 weeks, disgusting. Customer service here is incompetent To assure we get the money back, we disputed the credit card, I don't know how they stay in business they need to be shut down. I called *********** on a Monday, ordered a treadmill, got it Wednesday, and more than half the price!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GYMSOURCE.Review from Robert T

They owe me a refund of over $600, but will not return phone calls, emails, or even registered mail to send it back to me. I am going to have to sue them. Horrible way to do business.
