They delivered an item to me that was broken and now they are telling me I need to contact the manufacturer. They delivered it broken, why should I have to waste time calling the manufacturerBusiness response

The customer was delivered his product ***** Dumbbell set) on July 7th, 2021.. It was not until Sept. 10, 2021 that the Gym Source received an email form the customer regarding having issues with the dial. This is an item that is serviced directly by the manufacturer and we provided the customer with the phone number. The manufacture will either replace the set of dumbbells or repair them.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
I never used the set at all. You guys delivered it broken. When I reached out to your puppet manager ****** he immediately said this isnt our problem, you need to reach out to the manufacturer. The fact that you delivered a broken product to my house and are so quick to **** me off to the manufacturer shows that you guys dont care about the customer. Not one person contacted me after I contacted your manager I had to keep contacting and calling him to finally get a reply. You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I truly hope you go out of business. Bunch of crooks

Purchased a StarTrac treadmill from Gym Source in ************, ** in February of this year. Ive had problems with it from the beginning. It shuts down while using, the board creaks loudly, and now I get an error code that wont allow me to use it at all. Ive contacted Gym Source and customer service numerous times and they essentially ignore me. Ive had repair guys come out twice but they havent fixed it. This is an expensive treadmill and I assume still under some kind of warranty yet they continue to ignore me and wont call back.
