      We live in **********, ****. Purchased two ********* concert tickets for $700 in ****** for September 2020. Due to COVID the concert was pushed back until September 2021. For a second time the concert was pushed back until September 8th 2022 due to COVID. The concert is tomorrow and we still haven't received our tickets. We I called TickPick today to explain that we live in **********, **** and the concert is tomorrow in ******, ************* and we still haven't received our tickets. Some how it's our fault to not calling sooner about the tickets. Our receipt says we would have the tickets by September 2020. That's 2 1/2 years ago. But somehow it's our fault that we didn't get the tickets. We spend thousands of dollars a year on TickPick but as of today we will NEVER spend another *****. After reading their reviews only a fool would continue to buy tickets.

      Bought ***-** tickets with football banner. Turns out my tickets are for a exhibition baseball game in the same city the day before. TickPick Wont respond to emails, or refund, basically saying Im out of luck. Delonn is horrible at customer service and doesnt respond. ********************** is atrocious. Please spend your money elsewhere

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have used them for about 5 years with no issues. I had a FRAUDULENT charge where someone hacked into my tickpick account and got tickets to a *** game. It was about $57 total. I immediately called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund me, even though I told them it wasn't me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to go to my bank and file a dispute, which then made me have to get a new card, and behind on my bills. Not acceptable and Absolutely terrible to put someone through that. I will NEVER do service with them again.

      TickPick uses a third party provider to monitor fraud. Customers who suspect fraudulent account activity are advised to contact their financial institution, who will work directly with our third party provider to determine validity of a claim.

      Horrible experience, charged my card for an extra 415 dollars after trying to sell tickets. What a joke of a place, highly recommend NOT using them

      Prior to listing tickets for sale on TickPick, the customer agrees to the following: If I cant deliver my tickets I will pay a fee equal to or greater than 200% of the ticket price to ensure customer satisfaction. We were notified by the customer after their tickets were sold that they had also sold them on another marketplace and would not be able to fulfill their order with TickPick. As a result, we were required to source replacement tickets for the purchaser, and a penalty was applied to cover the difference in cost.

      Poorly designed app and terrible customer service. Their flex feature hides the date of events when there are multiple events over multiple days. When I bought the wrong tickets, I let them know in 10 minutes what had happened but they were unable to void the transaction despite the fact the tickets hadnt even been sent yet. To make matters worse, the tickets werent even delivered until a couple of days before the event so I couldnt list them on ********** or ************ I could only list them ontickpick! Which of course generates fees for them and forced me to price my tickets at a loss after they got their cut. Oh and customer service stopped replying to me when I asked if they could waive their resale fees so I could get my money back.

      As a marketplace we are unable to cancel an order on a seller, regardless of how quickly a buyer alerts us to a mistake purchase. In addition, we do not require customers who purchased with TickPick to relist tickets for sale via TickPick; tickets can be listed on any marketplace(s) of the customers choosing if they wish to resell.

      Okay....where do I start....I purchased several games to baseball games at different stadiums. My friend and I planned to visit several ballparks, however, an emergency came up and our plans changed. I needed to re-sell my tickets to take to at least come close to getting our money back. Well, after reselling 2 games(I had 8 different games) I was unable to open the website where you click on "sell". I called customer service and was told that "MAC" computers sometimes have this issue with their site. They told me to find another computer or use their app. Trouble is; the app does not have the capacity to see tickets, only buy. So posting tickets was difficult; I had to use my phone. They then claimed that I posted the same tickets twice to the same venue. In between, I called customer service several times and they told me someone from "TECH" would call me....no one did. So after telling me that I sold the same tickets twice, my sell was voided and I was penalized $400...for what I have no idea. I spoke to an **** who said someone would get back to me in an hour and assured me things would be cleared up. No one called!What a nightmare! Today, I got in touch with someone else; they have no records of phone call(no notes in system at all!0. Now they tell me my penalty is 108$...to pay for what...I am not sure..I will tell everyone to stay away now!!

      Ill preface by saying Ive had 2 prior successful purchases through TickPick. 3rd experience not so much. Bought a ticket to a Red Sox game & the seller never transferred the tickets. Had to buy an additional ticket at the box office to get in. Spoke to a rep that said they were opening an investigation that would require them hearing from the seller, who went **** Since the seller disappeared, I asked for a time frame on the investigation, which TickPick refused to disclose. Instead, they told me to call back in 7 days to check on the investigation. Be aware that buying tickets with these guys is a ******. You may or may not get your tickets and if you dont, good luck. 0/5 stars if I could.
