    Booked 2 tickets to Camelot at ************** for my birthday on May 21, 2023. I carefully selected the seats because my husband had recently had a hip replacement. He needed a seat on the isle to be comfortable. We didn't actually recieve the tickets for about a month. I did not check the seat numbers when we received the tickets. When we arrived at the theatre we did not have the correct seats. The seats we had were not nearly as good and were not on the isle. We stayed because there was nothing we could do. He was so uncomfortable. Please do not get your tickets through this company. They are not to be trusted.************

    I should have read reviews before I purchased on this site, DONT DO IT. My trip to ** got canceled due to weather and they would not refund my money or help me in any way. They are a horrible company!

    Booked two tickets for Book of Mormons on their website. Somewhere in the process the date of the tickets changed from November 12 to November 5. When I got the confirmation and noticed the date was incorrect I got back on the website and clicked on the link to exchange tickets to the proper date. After paying an additional 108 dollars for transaction I hit enter and it wouldnt acknowledge the payment. Sent them an email and the response was not only could I not transfer to another date I would not get my money refunded either. What a bunch of crooks! Do not buy from them. Scam artists.
