    Extremely frustrating. I made a mistake by buying a ticket with the wrong date, i noticed a minute after i booked it. I quickly emailed them, also called the day after and followed all steps to change the date. They advised me there were no seats available, when I could clear see the spaces on line, I even asked to pay more to get seats but they said if I wanted the seats I needed to pay again with the new dates. Its really sad that they do not care, I am coming to NY for few dates for a special bday and they couldnt accommodate me, I started the process to dispute the charges because they will not give a new date.

    NEVER USE THIS SITE. THEY ARE CHEATS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I bought $500 tickets to see a award winning actor perform a part in a Broadway play. The production house changed the actor and replaced them with a back up actor. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I then ask them if they would let me use the funds towards another ticket in the same theater and the same production house and they refused. How can an award winning actor and a back up actor theater tickets cost the same. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS SITE.

    Horrible company. They pose as if they are official Broadway, charge ridiculous fees, and have horrible customer service. When I was physically unable to attend a show due to flooding and had proof that my flight was canceled, they were rude and basically said "Tough luck". I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. SERIOUSLY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!

    6/13/23 They stink because they tell you your online did not work and try again.We thought they were a reputable company and they were not. Two tries to get 2 tickets to a show at the Booth theater was a nightmare.The 1st try they said something went wrong with the input and so I tried the 2nd time with a order number and $438.84 charged to my credit ard but no tickets were *****ed as premised to me.I ***** them again and asked for the tickets and they wrote back they couldn't send me the tickets but they will send me my money in 7 - 10 days.I said that was too long and the girl said that is their policy.Well I *** them I will contact my credit card company which did right away.I got the payment stopped with quick handling.This is their way getting money into their cash receipts quickly and holding up their clients.Poor, poor company with limited resoures should be looked at by the BBB of ** and ********************.DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANY REASON.********

    Booked 2 tickets to Camelot at ************** for my birthday on May 21, 2023. I carefully selected the seats because my husband had recently had a hip replacement. He needed a seat on the isle to be comfortable. We didn't actually recieve the tickets for about a month. I did not check the seat numbers when we received the tickets. When we arrived at the theatre we did not have the correct seats. The seats we had were not nearly as good and were not on the isle. We stayed because there was nothing we could do. He was so uncomfortable. Please do not get your tickets through this company. They are not to be trusted.************

    I should have read reviews before I purchased on this site, DONT DO IT. My trip to ** got canceled due to weather and they would not refund my money or help me in any way. They are a horrible company!

    Booked two tickets for Book of Mormons on their website. Somewhere in the process the date of the tickets changed from November 12 to November 5. When I got the confirmation and noticed the date was incorrect I got back on the website and clicked on the link to exchange tickets to the proper date. After paying an additional 108 dollars for transaction I hit enter and it wouldnt acknowledge the payment. Sent them an email and the response was not only could I not transfer to another date I would not get my money refunded either. What a bunch of crooks! Do not buy from them. Scam artists.
