    I ordered the wrong item. I sent email and they responded quickly to help me with my issue. They sent me the correct product I wanted. I will be reordering when I run out of this product. **************** was fabulous. My dog enjoys his probiotics and is feeling much better. Thank you.

    This company is very honest and you can actually talk to a person to get questions answered without 90 back and forth emails. **************** is very respectful and professional. I would recommend this company and their products to any other pet owners. The products I have used from them have shown some good improvements with my dog and his problems. The prices are very reasonable compared to other companies.

    I had a problem where my standing order needed to be changed for the ProBright. When I went on line to change it from 2 to 1 container, it added anothet conainer to my order. So, I called and spoke to **** **** and she was very nice and changed the order for me right away. She was very understanding and helpful. Pet Lab is great to work with!!!

    I usually dont write reviews, but this company is one worthy of 5 stars. They have always been prompt with their deliveries and their products actually work. When my dog first got sick their products helped his skin out more than any other OTC treatment (although that was just one of many of his problems) and after I lost him I forgot to cancel my subscription for these items. Upon calling in I was expecting just assistance on canceling my subscription but they went beyond refunded me for the charge and even sent an email with their condolences! ***** a company that cares for their customers and their pets and I will use again in the future and for sure recommend!

    PetLab is amazing. They more than likely have a product that will help your Doggo. We started on a medication, but then our vet figured out that it was food-related. Changing her food made a huge difference so we stopped using the chews. PetLab was kind enough to issue a refund, and advised me to donate the unopened package to a local shelter, which I did!

    Understood well take care of me right away good job probably coming you soon self in my dog a whole lot I have no idea when I first got her she had problems with her stomach quite a bit now it's going to bathroom regularly no problems thank you very much
