    Horrible! You cannot get in touch with anybody through email or on the phone! They automatically sign you up for a subscription as well. Steer clear of this company.

    I ordered probiotics for my dogs and thought I only ordered one but kept continuing to get them shipped to me and have my credit card charged.I finally had to send a couple emails and then I was on hold for an hour before I talk to somebody before I got anybody to finally resolve my issue. Anybody wanting to use Petlab should be very leery of their orders and keeping an eye on your credit card statement.

    High prices paired with frequent discounts. On discount, prices are still pretty high for what the products are. With all the ads I see for this company, I imagine their marketing budget is ******* two biggest issues with them are 1) There's no money back guarantee, which I always find sketchy for a supplement company, and 2) A couple of their products are so similar that I bought the wrong one by accident. Both are "probiotics" but one seems general and the other is "Tailored ****************** exactly what I was looking for. Now I have to buy and try the second one and there's no refund for the general one.Customer service team is pretty good - can take a while to respond, but they know what they're talking about.

    Can't really say anything good about their customer service. No one picks up the phone. You are left on hold for close to an hour and no one gets to you. I have emailed them regarding an existing order that I had a problem with and no response. Have now had to involve ****** to see if I can get my money back.

    Im very pleased with *******. The products and customer service are top-notch. Sometimes being on AutoShip programs can be a little stressful (for me) when it comes to dealing with updating or changing your program. But with *******, I have had no worries and customer service is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

    The supplements were working well on my elderly German shepherd before he passed. He had stopped licking his paws and scratching his face, all of his hair was back. He died before I could open the last shipment I received, but Petlab Co gave me a refund without having to return the shipment.
