Relevant paragraph (for providers -- patient users are not charged for booking appointments via Zocdoc): 

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, User shall pay to Zocdoc all fees due or accrued under this Agreement and any addendum or Order Form entered into by the parties as of the date of such termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in any addendum, Zocdoc shall not refund to User any fees paid prior to expiration or termination of this Agreement.
