            I had been using this company for my restaurant. We had a dishwashing machine rental and they were to provide chemicals for the machine. They were not consistent or accurate with chemical orders and sometimes we would go weeks without them. This would be a health issue and we were left scrambling to borrow chemicals to clean our dishes. We complained and ******* would bring us large amounts of "free" chemicals. More than we needed. Then we would get charged MPPA fees for not ordering a monthly minimum. We complained to management. They offered to remove them but never did. We finally had to return the equipment and go with another company. Now they are demanding more payment. I have asked for a complete history of my account as I know there payments not credited. And I now see that the amounts of some invoices have increased with no explaination.

            We leased a commercial dish machine for our event venue. This has been the worst vendor experience we have had in 25 years of business. They started off by charging us for product we never received or ordered. The corporate office couldn't pull up our payment history and the local sales rep made false promises. When their tech came to remove the machine, he broke our plumbing waste line on purpose. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! Other restaurants in our area have had very similar experiences.
