Vimeo's verbiage for its subscription plans is misleading. It was my understanding that I would be charged ***** monthly, not ****** in one lump sum. Vimeo took ****** and caused my account to go negative. I've canceled the subscription, and Ive requested a refund to bring my account back positive. Vimeo's policy states that a refund can be requested within 30 days of purchase of an annual plan. Vimeo clearly charged me for an annual plan, but they won't issue a refund. I'm still within in the 30 day window; therefore., a refund should be issued.Business Response

Vimeo makes it difficult to downgrade because it does not provide information about what lower plans are available, it requires you to email with a representative in Europe in order to move down to a lower tier and the representatives respond while we in America are sleeping so resolving the issue is slow.Business Response

I received an alert on my cell phone that my **************** card was just charged by Vimeo. I do not have an account with them. I had to ****** the name to even know who they were. I never signed up for a trial account either. They are impossible to get a hold of and the phone number on the charge at Amex is not valid.Business Response

Vimeo is trying to charge me for $260 that I'm not paying and my third party banking app is flagging Vimeo. There is no option to cancel any type of membership or change my banking info.
