STAY AWAY! I have had the same experience as everyone here, I KNOW I cancelled my free trial the day it started but sounds like they don't send a confirmation email on purpose and kept charging me. I didn't think the account was active and didn't realize I still had an account until the already charged me $250.... Not happy. 0 starts

Predatory cancellation policies and they trick you in to signing up to download and image and then when you try to cancel they charged me an additional $80 because I had selected the low cost option. It was not clear that thered be a cancellation penalty and I literally only downloaded one simple image for a presentation and literally paid close to $150 for it. Not on. They should totally be investigated for the predatory practices.

Predatory business practices. Make it difficult to cancel then they send you a link for a cancellation fee that is only available for three days. This place is useless.

They are so secretive with getting you to agree to a year long plan. They charged me $140 to cancel a plan after my free trail ran out.

This company is a scam. I wish I could give 0 stars! They sell you on a free trial, then charge you. Then when you complain, they said that had you read the fine print, you would've noticed that by signing up for the free trial you are actually agreeing to pay them $29/month for 12 months! And in order to cancel your account, you have to pay a $20 cancelation fee. I chatted with "******" and he was incredibly rude. Said I don't read and it's my fault. EVIL stay away.

Went to Shutterstock and signed up for free trial but wouldn’t let me until I picked a plan. Next day I see a charge on my ****** for $29. I immediately cancelled and requested refund as I was not happy I was being charged before trial ended. Still waiting for refund. Numerous unanswered emails. I believe this website is misleading. And customer service is unhelpful. If you advertising free trial but charge before trial is up a refund should be issued.

My wife and I found this repeat charge on our credit card for a Shutterstock "membership" that we never signed up for, after many months of not catching it on our statements (we should have read them more meticulously). When we finally tried to cancel with Shutterstock, the company wanted to charge us a $200 "cancellation fee," which we were only able to avoid by arguing about it with a customer service representative. We have reported this as fraud to our credit card company and are waiting for the ************* through. Be careful and watch out for those $29 charges!

Please train your sale force to STOP accusing sole individuals of being a company and needing to pay more.As an artist I use stock imagery and have more than once had a money hungry sale account manager put my account into review and accuse me of being a company with multiple employees using my account. First let me explain how the sales manager decided to accuse me. They looked at my email they saw ************** and said I was using MY company with any kind of intelligence you can easily find out that ********* is just like having an ****** or **** email account and millions of people have these emails this is just a hopeless way of begging for more money. I demand a company apology.
