      Refund never arrived! I returned a coat ten days ago and the refund for $296.99 never arrived. I have called Ralph Lauren many times and each time they tell me to wait.... it has now been ten days. What a rip off! I will never buy anything from RalphLauren.com again.

      Tried to purchase a simple robe with my last name on the back and after I paid and waited 2 weeks I checked my order status because it had been almost 2 weeks FOR A SIMPLE ROBE. They cancelled my order without cause. This is the first and last time and the last time I ever buy from Ralph Lauren and Im telling everyone at the office and client to never buy from this company. Absolutely a disgrace of a company and apparently im not the only order they have falsely cancelled.

      Placed a Black Friday order and did not receive all the items. They will not issue a partial refund or replacement of the items. I am told it is company policy to essentially steal from customers. Will never be ordering from Ralph Lauren again.

      My review is based on an exchange issue I am currently having. I order items under the sale for Black friday and A single hoodie was delivered without draw strings. I have spent a total of 4 hours contacting customer service and being bounced around outlet locations just trying to complete an exchange option. My items where delivered without an Order ID number and because this no Online or retail location has been able to complete something as simple as a return label. Location 100 Premium Outlet Dr. #*** Store ********************************** Plaid patchwork Ticket number ***** Ordered on 11/26/23 Time 4:02pm processed using a Pay by Link below XXXXXX3702 AMOUNT ****** It is understanding that the staff have a serious lack of understanding for the sales process but it is terrible that they have to need to ask the customer to call multiple locations, are giving incorrect information and managers are scarily available. I have not been provided a return label or order ID so I may complete a return/ exchange option online. I do not wish to enter a crowed store just to continue to be disappointed. When It was so easy to order over the phone and pay by link. Yet, when An item is damaged Returning it requires so many hurdles.

      If I could give it zero star, I would definitely give it zero without hesitation!It's Black Friday and I picked out some clothes for myself, but when I checked out the cashier was told I couldn't buy any of them. I asked them to give me a reason and the cashier didn't answer any of my questions and just gave me a phone number to contact customer service. But at this time, everyone around me can pay for clothes normally, why can't I ?right! This is racial discrimination!I was completely baffled, I had no idea what I had done wrong to be treated like this!I demand an explanation and an apology!

      Horrible experience! It took me more than 30min to drive to your Polo ************* store.Didnt have my size in stock, so I ordered and paid in store. Came in the delivery was the wrong size, paint marking on the shirt and the shirt was not even ironed! Someone just folded like a burrito. Is there no respect for your customers? I emailed customer service and complained. Theres no acknowledgement of the wrongs. Asked me to contact the store directly. Poor service all round!

      They canceled my order when the item was still in stock! I purchased an order at 2 am and wake up around 7:30 to see they canceled my order. Their excuse was, "sorry but they item became out of stock, and you didn't make it to the "order line". Like wow, why have it available and give me a confirmation number that it's been placed just to cancel? There was no remedy, you guys need to learn to update your website in real time instead of wasting peoples time!

      Normally I purchase my Polo Ralph Lauren products through ******* As of late I noticed a decrease in product quality. I purchased six Classic Fit Color **Shirts. Two of which had a pin hole right next to the pocket. Unfortunately, I was unable to return the item(s) due to being a business trip. I made the purchases in May, 2021, and August, 2021. The pin hole would have gone unnoticed if I did not iron the shirts inside out. I believe the items that Polo Ralph Lauren sells to ****** are irregulars. These garments have collar hem issues. For example, the hem does not lay flat. I have to iron them to lay flat. The stitching is questionable. These **Shirts do not have the ** code on them. Only two shirts that I purchased this past month has the code stamped onto the shirt. The shirts purchase in ************ do not.Naturally, I contacted PRL immediately. I was instructed to send photos, proof of purchase, and the store purchased from. I did just that. A few days later, they wanted me to send the shirts to them for further inspection. Which means, I would have to shell out postage to get these defective items back to them. My photo's were detailed to the point you can see the fibers in the shirt.Years ago, Polo Ralph Lauren meant quality. Now. you're just paying for the logo/ label. Bedding is not being used for the labels. They are stitched directly onto the shirt. The only place bedding is still being used is for the logo. The cotton used is thin, and can snag or tear easily when wet. Ever their Polo-Shirts have flaws. The bottom hem, in the shape of a "V" is coming apart. Absolute garbage for the money.I purchased nine pairs of color shorts, all going back to the store.

      I recently visited the Polo Ralph Lauren store at **************** 0n 7/9/2022. I went into the dressing room at approximately **** am the person that was working in the dressing room placed me in the first dressing room from the door, since the use curtains anyone that walks by while shopping can see in while you are changing. A few minutes later three caucasian women came in and were instructed they can go anywhere they decided. The fitting room clerk also offered them that idk they needed any additional sizes she would be happy to get any other sizes that they needed. I have never been so offended. I spoke to the manager that was on he could care less about what happened offered no suggestion nor did he really care. I this a practice of Ralph Lauren to put any other minority in the front and not offer US the service of others.
