              I have attached a letter sent to Fendi with more details. I purchased a purse that after 1 one use started to pill excessively and absorbed the color of clothing which was not an issue with any other fabrics rubbing against my clothing. Fendi did offer to replace it in the beginning and then offered to clean it at my cost. This has been an on going issue and don't want to keep a purse that I will not be able to use if it will pill and get stained so easily. If these were concerns and normal happenings with this fabric/purse they should have provided some wear and care instructions.

              I purchased a shirt from this company and I seen the shirt was to small by looking at the size of the shirt and emailed the company to exchange it for a bigger size. The company told me they do not do exchanges so I returned the shirt and they sent it back stating it could not be returned because the shirt was dirty or stained. I never tried the shirt on. So I looked at the shirt when I opened the box and the shirt has a stain on it that had to have come from the company because the stain looks as if it was washed. I contacted the company and they told me I could not return it because of the stain. So basically I paid for a stained dirty to small shirt from the company. This company just basically got over on me because its no way I could have put that stain on that shirt and it dry by the time I sent it back.
