The doctor prescribed a medication and did not send the details to the insurance. The insurance tried to contact the doctor with no luck and I have been calling every day for a week and the answering service says they have sent all the messages to the doctor office. Nobody from the doctor office has called me back or simply has sent the required information to the insurance. I still do not have the medication after 8 days. Why dont they give the paper prescription that will save all this time trying to get something done that used to work many years ago. Also, the patient portal does bot work. One sent a message and nobody replies. Very unprofessional business.

********, ******** location. Horrible front of office staff. *******(******?) and ******** were very disrespectful and rude. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment, I watched as minutes went by (45 to be exact) and patients who came after me get checked in and when I went up to the front desk to ask why. Their response was we thought you left and then ******** proceeded to lie and state the *** cannot see me and has already left. It was the worst customer experience ever. Her response was file the complaint, I cant even file it to the regional manager for you and this is supposed to be an office manager? Terrible! Lastly, they proceeded to lie and stated Ive pull a stunt like this before last month when I told them I haven't been there since June so that clearly wasnt me and false I get a halfway sorry.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand you were asked by our office manager to provide your signature on some forms when you arrived. While we understand it can be frustrating to deal with paperwork, the ***** disclosure and Financial Responsibility form signatures are required by all our patients in the check-in process. Our front desk team explained this to you, however you walked away. You were out of our sightline and you did not communicate with our staff nor did you come back to the front desk to sign the required paperwork, so we assumed you had left. Once we became aware that you were still in the waiting room, we communicated this to your provider and your provider stayed late to ensure you received the care you needed during your visit. We value our patients and are committed to ensuring that each visit is a positive experience. Thank you again for your feedback.

Horrible! Labor department needs to be called on this office and ******** fraud department! They bill for things that were never done and dont do anything to help with your issues. New staff all the time. The management needs to be fired and hire all new management, someone with common sense! These people bill for days and procedures never done. Shut this place down!!!!

Since August 2022, they have been incorrectly submitting my secondary insurance claim under my deceased husbands DOB and every month after receiving a bill from them called them to review MY information. The bill I was receiving was for $41.83; not a huge amount of money but it was the principle of them needing to do their job correctly and bill correctly. I finally went into their office in October 2023 in *** and had the office manager open my account and update my account correctly. I was notified by my secondary insurance that they paid them $38.34 on December 13th 2023. BUT ON JANUARY 12TH 2024 I WAS NOTIFIED BY A COLLECTION AGENGY THAT SCHWEIGER CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND I NOW NEEDED TO PAY THEM. I immediately disputed the bill with the debt collector and once again called the *************** Services. People who apologized each and every time but could not resolve the issue; told it needed to always to upper management. Always asked for a call back from "upper management" and NEVER received a call back. When I called on February 15th 2024 told I was pulled back from collections but still owed them $41.83 not the difference of $$3.49. Today, February 28th, I was told I needed to submit an "updated EOB" as my secondary insurance may have changed the money they received. Not true! AVOID THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS AND TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW DERMATOLOGIST. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.

Inefficient, will mess up your appointment time, after you've waited for months to see a real doctor, didn't get biopsy results, then saw carcinoma listed in my records. Then all the old records mysteriously disappeared. Run don't walk to a real doctor. This place is a three ring circus operating without a safety net.

I made an appointment with a very highly credentialed dermatologist. When I got to the office, the staff told me the dermatologist was not there and I was seeing a Dr. ******** else. After speaking to the doctor, i discovered the person who was giving me medical advice was not a medical doctor at all.

Horrible business practices the billing department is incompetent. I see the doctor from the ********* facility. I really like my doctor, but the company itself the institution they are shysters. I pay my bill in full and then they send me a bill. I show the receipt I show my credit card statement they continue to say I owe them. I do not owe them. This is so frustrating and I have been reading the comments from some of the other patients, and this is obviously a common practice of this company!!!!!!! Something needs to be done.

Instead of sending me a normal statement to show what is owed, I received various different statements with different amounts. No one could explain it and tried to make it as confusing as possible. At some point I was sent the 'actual' statement on what was to be paid. I paid, but then they sent me another statement shortly after with a much lower amount due. I brought up the fact that I was overcharged and need to be reimbursed. They actually admitted to the discrepancy via email but it's sketchy that no one would have said anything until I brought it up.At this point it's confusing to know if I should be receiving additional reimbursement for overpaying, but I don't trust having anyone at this company review the details... but I'm open to it.I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and the city about this.

Saw doctor for 15 minutes.Took off one milia billed $325. Said to me $15.Took off skin tag. Billed $500.Office visit to walk in door billed $500.Asked to remove one more milia refused because she must see at least 4 patients per hour.$1075 I'm shocked that they can do this. Was not told beforehand that will be billed for office visit. I might have been a return customer but don't like feeling ripped off.
