Same experience as so many here, horrible. I ordered a dress tried it on, and it was too big. I sent it back the next morning. The return was received by Saks two days later, but no refund was forthcoming. I called multiple times, and started a claim. Mind you this is all still going on almost a month after they received the dress back. Finally, this morning I recieve an email indicating that my claim was denied. It took three calls to receive a reason. Their reason was the garment had deodorant stains. The garment was on my body for thirty seconds after a shower, and I had no products on my body to transfer onto the dress. Of course it is now past the ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* the eyes and say this item has a thing wrong with it. The dress was returned in perfect condition. Needless to say, I will never purchase from Saks again.Review from Cristina M

I bought a dress worth $500.00. It showed it was delivered but I did not receive it. They have no signature and no proof of delivery other than it was delivered to my address where there is over 100 identical townhomes where I live. While customers service was very friendly and I was told they would look into this case again and again they refuse to give me a credit or a refund.Review from Anna K

Getting money refunded is an issue!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online and returned the item the same day I received it due to quality issue. I promptly returned it per Saks instructions. They received the return over 10 days ago but have yet to give me a refund. I contacted customer service 3 times. I cant get anyone to take care of it. I am just told that it is in process and they are waiting for the end of ***** BUSINESS DAYS, that is almost a month! OTHER MAJOR RETAILERS ARE MUCH BETTER IN ISSUING A REFUND. I will never shop at Saks again and caution anyone who does. *** NOT SHOP AT SAKS ONLINE!!!Review from Scot H

After ordering online, I purchased $2,500 of merchandise. It started where I was promised Free shipping and a 10% discount which was advertised. When I put the appropriate Promo code in, it was rejected. When I contacted Sacks online, with many back and forth emails and calls they refunded a measly $20.00. Out of 29 items 6 items did not fit, and one item which was a final sale item had a hole in it and could not be returned. When I returned the six items on four receipts, they played the shell and ball game and neglected to tell me that they were not refunding me part of the $20.00 discount that was received on my $2,500 order and reduced my refund $12.05 on one of my four receipts, which was given to me as I was departing the store (not when I had to agree to the refund) at the register. I rarely complain, but my recent experience with Saks was so infuriating and beneath the industry standard I feel compelled to share. The Saks website had two dresses with the same name and style, and nearly identical photos (one showed it on a model and the other did not) with NO fabric content information available for EITHER dress. I wanted the cotton one but received the poly one. They wouldn't let me switch it for the cotton one at the same price, and refused to provide a free return label for me to return the poly one even though ****' website provided NO fabric information for either dress. What's more, even though their "new" return policy went into effect after I placed my order, they STILL would not provide a free return label even though now their website was doubly inaccurate. I shop A LOT and I literally have never had a more outrageously dissatisfying experience.Review from Nancy R

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an eyebrow pencil . The package was delivered and the box was empty, I contacted them and they will do nothing . I have never had this happen to me before . I never received an empty box from anyone . I will NEVER order from Saks again $35.00 plus tax for the pencil, $10.00 for shipping down the drain .Review from Marchelle P

Package delivered to incorrect address / location by the carrier. Proof of delivery picture confirmed package was not delivered to an open field not a valid address. Contacted Saks right away and was advised requirement to wait 10 days to open a case. Once a case was opened I received a letter from **** stating their investigation determined the package had been delivered. Denied / refused a refund. Per email from carrier the package as lost, status on the carrier website indicates package lost. Contacted Saks - still no refund. No commitment to the consumer. Someone need to investigate Saks Fifth Avenue.Review from Colton M

Please see attached picture . One of the earrings came fully broken like this , I sent it back immediately . After keeping it for a month same thing was shipped back to me by saks accusing me of damaging it . Even Temu a *************** has better customer service . Not only a cheap quality item was shipped ( it likely is the value of less than 5 dollars and is chinese made ) to add insult to injury , you are accusing customer of damaging it and pocketing the 100 $ I spent on it . Looks like a company run by thugs ! I am so shocked , in the 17 years I have lived in America I have not come across worse customer service . Of course to buy high quality items with exceptional customer service Nordstrom is available and to buy cheap quality items with still far better service Temu is available . The quality of your items is like Temu cheap but customer service is non existent , in fact philosophy seems to be about fleecing the customer , forcing damaged defective items on them and pocketing their money . Prices marked up 1000 % for cheap quality items and then bully customer to keep it saying they damaged it.I tried posting a review on your website and you would not even post it as of course you control the content ! Company with no ethics! Consumer affairs website is full of such reports of people who have been fleeced by **** , only prices are so marked up you think its a reputable company but its just a company that thrives on marking up prices 1000% and fleecing customers. Not only they mark up prices and sell cheap defective products , then they force the customer to keep damaged items by blaming them. I thought it is a good company as they charge so much , its extremely shady and suspicious ,Review from Pepi F
