    Paid for a Easter Sunday egg **** cruise with the Easter bunny. Showed up on time and was sent all over the doc with my child and elderly mother because no one at liberty cruise knew what boat was supposed to be mine. They sent me on several lines And different doc slips from the time I arrived 12:15pm. I showed several employees my ticket and they each had a different line to send us to. The situation wa also bad liberty cruise had to send a representative to the docs to sort out all the confusion. The last time I showed my ticket to a liberty cruise employee they sent me to a boat alm the way down the doc for the third time with my elderly mother who couldnt walk around anymore which was once again the wrong boat. When we headed back to where we were originally the boat that was ours I think he end of this had left. I immediately filed with the Copmay for a full refund as this was no fault of my own and the company refuse to refund me the cost of 4 tickets that couldnt be used. They were completely negligent and were the sole reasons we were not able to get on the Easter cruise with Easter bunny and egg ****. This was. ***** specific service that they did not provide and refuse to refund me for the service they did not provide to me. I demand a full refund. The customer service is awful and there is not two solution to this. They should be flagged as fraud as well. They do not get to keep money for a service they didnt provide amongst all the other issues they caused for us that day. They admitted to the error but still refuse to refund me.

    Do they have a no star review? I wanted to write this review to spare people from going on the Easter Fun Cruise with Egg ****. This even is a scam. The amount of people they cram on the boat is not safe. The food was awful, the decorations dismal, the egg **** is a small corner inside the boat and it is sad. The carpet is dirty, the seats have cracked leather on them and there aren't enough of them for all the people that came. Some of those people had small children and had to stand!It took them 30 minutes to park the boat and the people doing the ropes looked like they didn't know what they were doing. The food was a little bit of french fries with soggy chicken fingers. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. It was just a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone go on this cruise in any shape of form.
