              I ordered the foundation. I received a confirmation email and I was charged on my credit card. However, half an hour later, I received another confirmation email with a different order number and I was charged again. I have not been able to speak to any one and the emails I have received in regards to my problem have nothing to do with my problem there generated by computer.

              SHADY Company!! I ordered a Makeup kit and a few other items on March 21, today is April 15th. I had to contact them about my order since I could see they took my money but the products had not shipped over a week later. They told me that what I ordered was on back order for up to 3-6 weeks. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me on April 3rd. They told me they would be sending me a refund less than what I paid with no explanation. I contacted them again on April 4th letting them know I wanted my full refund. She informed me that the system was down and they could not refund me at this time. I contacted them again on April 10th getting the same answer, that they could not refund me due to having system issues. The associate also continued to reply to my messages addressing me as Null Null which is not my name. I told her this several times. There is still no refund and a MAJOR lack of customer service. I don't think I will be getting my money back unfortunately.
