      Been a federal employee for 4 years and they keep denying me for refinancing. Balance almost payed off but they denied me. They claim they are for the Federal employee and even though the allotments are guaranteed they still dont adhere to that prerequisite.

      Littoral the worst company I have ever worked with I have had 3 loans with this company which are completely paid in full amounting well over 15k and when I go to check my rate for the last 2 years they keep saying I dont meet the criteria for underwriting but after numerous emails and calls I still have not gotten a response to why

      Worst company ever, don't trust these scammers. They will makeup rules as you submit paper. They don't accept bank statements, instead they rely on a third party app to send them bank data. If the app don't work, denied. Not worth the time. I hope they shut them down soon.

      Had to give the one star to write a review but it would be 0. I do not understand how you can be approved for two past loans, refinance and pay them off, then reapply and get denied, its insane especially because they know they are going to get their payments through payroll.doesntmake sense !!!!!!

      Beware of taking out loans with this company. They have been in business for roughly 9 years and I don't expect them to make it another 2-3 years. Take the money out of your 401K-I promise it will be less expensive and come with a lot less headache.

      I was approved for a loan in 2022. I was injured in a automobile accident, that wasn't my fault, and kept me from working and so i missed a couple of payments but made them up when i returned to work. Now I can't apply for another loan even though the loan is paid off in full. They even returned some money back to me because I over paid. No all of a sudden I don't meet the criteria to get another loan.

      The process was seamless and went fast. **************** rep ***** was polite, professional, and very helpful. He answered all my questions.I highly recommend this company for loan needs.

      I agree with everyone, the company *****. I had two loans , paid timely, still they will not let me refinance my loan. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. I believe they pick and choose as well. I cannot wait to be done. If I could give them a negative zero , I would. The service *****, the explanation are ridiculous.
