      I had a loan with Kashable. It was paid off and I applied for a new loan. They couldnt verify my bank account so the new loan was never finalized or funded. Today I realize they are taking money out of my paycheck for a loan they never funded. This is unacceptable.

      After taking out a loan. I set up repayment in the form of an allotment from my employer. I changed employers and immediately set up the continuance of allotments. Kashable stated they did not receive the August 30th allotment. I sent this information showing that the allotment was sent to them and had my payroll verify the account number of the two most recent deposits. I sent all of that information to Kashable. I was told the matter would be investigated once the account number was verified. Even after my payroll verified the correct account number, ********************** has stated that I would have to try to ask payroll to get my money back. I have upheld my terms of the Loan and Kashable has not. In order to prevent my account from being delinquent I will have to pay two payments twice . Payments that were already sent to them. This is fraudulent and a bad business practice. I have never been subjected to such unscrupulous business practices. I am seeking an investigation and credit for the money withheld from my paycheck and sent to Kashable on my behalf.

      I took out a loan from Kashable over a year ago and everything was going well, until I was recenlty activated in the Military to serve our Country. I submitted all the proper documentations over to Kashable and they in return told me they are working on it. Fast forward, two months later, I am still paying the same interest, same payment and they have not honored the **** Law. I called recenlty and they stated that they did lower the interest rate, which on my online portal nothing has changed. My online portal doesnt reflect what Kashable is telling me.
