1 starI forwarded my address through Updater and everything else. I got a confirmation email stating that they are forwarding my mail. Turns out that never did it and all of my mail and packages have been returned to the sender without notifying me.Updater, Inc.

I can confirm that we correctly filed the mover's change of address form with the ****.It typically takes the **** at least **** business days to process mail forwarding requests.
Once processed, the mover should've received a confirmation letter from the **** at their new address. At that point, they should've begin to see their forwarded mail.
We advise movers to contact the **** to inquire about the status of their mail forwarding request once submitted to the ****.
