              My family and I vacated ******** Apartments in ******* ** on May 14, 2022. At the time ******** was managed by ZPM management. We were told that our security deposit would be returned a month after our move out date. Shortly after ZPM management was no longer managing Polo run. We have yet to receive our security deposit. I have tried contacting them numerous times and have yet to receive any communication.

              I moved to the ***************** apartments on June 7, 2022. Was never asked to do a walk through so when I saw the apartment I was not happy. It's not the size I asked for, smaller than what I wanted. It doesn't have a full size kitchen but a kitchenet, no counter space, no drawers to put utensils. I do not /cannot cook in that tiny space. We get the worst smells because the ventilation is so bad we smell peoples cigarette smoke all night long plus marijuana. And lets not forget whenever somebody relives their bowls we smell that too. Could not believe it, I spray everyday plus burn oils and incense. I am in the process of looking for somewhere else to go. I am also looking to get my thousand dollar deposit back. And by law I should only have to give a 30 day notice so why do I have to give a 60 day. Nothing about this place is worth $1,600 a month. And that went up without notice. There is some underhandedness going on but I pray I get out of there.
