            I requested a withdrawal of the balance I was holding with Candy. On May 24th the website said that my withdrawal had been completed by bank transfer and funds have still not made their way into my account. I have been requesting details of the transaction for over a month and have not been given any verification that funds were accepted. I have spoken to my bank thoroughly about this and unfortunately they are unable to track back transactions, the tracking can only be done by the senders bank. I have sent emails nearly everyday for a month and every response is, we are deeply sorry, its someone elses fault, we have no information. Unfortunately, I did not choose to do business with Candys business partners, I was forced to. So, this is their problem and it needs resolution. The withdrawal amount was $2776.20 USD. I have many emails if necessary, please let me know what kind of documents you require.
