    I got my box today. Was disappointed that there was only a long sleeve pullover shirt & a bracelet. When it asked the size for a t-shirt I expected a t-shirt with short sleeves. After seeing other packages opened I expected better. Not impressed

    I ordered a box for my 8 year old daughter along with ordering ******. I had it waiting for her when I picked her up from school. It gave me an opportunity to talk to her about what ******* is and how we are helping to cure blindness like her Grandfather has. The shirt was so soft and had Braille on it (she was really excited to wear it to school and show her friends) The bracelet was really cute and goes with everything . Also has braille on it! And ****** is soooo amazingly soft and cuddly and has his name in Braille. She loves him so much that I ordered her the whole litter for her birthday . Just waiting on it ! She always has a big heart for special needs people as her 18 year old sister has a lot of issues. Ill shop again !

    I am unsure if this is a legitimate business. I purchased a box for my friends birthday and it hasn't come yet. I bought the box on March 15th. They state 3 to 5 day delivery. The package has been at ******** ** for over 2 weeks. I've messaged them twice and received no response. I've checked my main email and my clutter. There's nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions? I already had to get my friend another birthday present

We do our best to get our shipments out as quickly as we can but unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery service providers that our shipments travel within once it's left our facility.     Yesterday I received my purchase for the Tier 4 Shop Blind order. I was impressed and items were packed nicely and a good quality. Today I received my order of the 4 guide pups. They came in a nice box and like the Tier 4 items, each is in a nice plastic zipper bag. OMG they are SOOOOOO soft and cute. I purchased to help the cause.

    Email changed my mind about supporting them. Just want to provide the info because there is a lot of risk in ordering multiple blind boxes. EMAIL: "I received my third blind box and unfortunately feel disappointed. Although I love this ********** now have 3 blankets, 3 caps (2 duplicates), lots of socks (they are great but just a lot), 2 black bags, and way too many stuffed animals, sweet but more than one is burdensome for someone without little kids. I really appreciate this concept but ordering is a bit confusing. I received an email for an exclusive offer for previous customers but received an extra stuffed animal and an array of the same items from the last two boxes. I am not looking for an exchange or to complain, honestly, I was looking forward to opening my box and the disappointment was something I thought should be shared. I selected (or thought I selected) the email received for returning supporters but in hindsight, there must not be a prompt to sign in because in trying to find my orders, I realized I have no account. Being three boxes in and starting over just made it bittersweet. That said, I do love the products, support the idea, and will likely gift a box in the future just feeling a little burnt by the third box. I will be sure to create an account next time but it might be helpful to encourage this with your customers so they do not run into the same issue." RESPONSE: "We cannot always guarantee a new set of items every Shop Blind. Unfortunately, when Shop Blinds are ordered multiple times, there are risks of duplicate items. We are always working on adding new items to offer more variety to our customers but that is a long process and is always in the works!" My orders were a year apart. Also noted, WHOLE box must be returned for refund minus shipping costs. You pay to return items you already own because they cannot keep up with new items, which doesn't sit right. Was never writing for a refund, plan to gift instead but buyer beware.

This holiday we implemented a new system where returning customers should have received a pop-up after they checked out that would allow them to opt in to receive different items in their Shop Blind box. As this was a new back-end system that our developer built from scratch, we did see that not all returning customer's orders were filtered correctly. Our customer service team will be reaching out shortly to provide a discount code and we hope you'll give us one more chance!

    Checked out ***** website and when i seen a return label is provided with your order and they provide 100 happiness or a full refund so i said why not. For 40 bucks you sent a grown adult with no children a stuffed animal and a single pair of crew socks. When no return label was provided i was told i can print one out. But i dont have a printer so not good customer service and not a good company when they cant even provide what they promise on their own website

On our website, we state that you can initiate your return or exchange by generating your pre-paid return label directly from your Shipment Tracking page that was sent to you in an email when your package was shipped out. After you reached out to our customer service team, we also provided you with a link to print out a free label. After you explained that you did not have access to a printer we offered to mail you one. You have since been fully refunded for this order.

    What a rip off!! Almost fifty bucks for a poorly made stuffed rabbit. You should be ashamed. False advertisement. No good will come if you taking advantage

    We're sorry that you had a negative experience. We created the 2BB guide dog as a symbol of support. You can gift it to someone who has guided you through life or gift it to someone who may need an extra boost of support during these times. They are also just an adorable gift to give to a child (3 years or older). The guide dog is extremely soft and unique and includes a braille detail on the ear with the guide dog’s name. We see that you reached out to our customer service and they provided you with information on how to return your order.

    I have ordered multiple times fro 2BB. First order was to support the cause receiving a shirt was a bonus. I have bought 3 of the guide dogs which are my favorite!! Items that I have ordered are all good quality.

    What a unique idea for a gift. I received the Shop Blind Challenge gift with puppy in training, Guide, and winter socks. The products were well made and colorful, fit perfectly. I will pay the challenge forward! Only one thing, I would have liked a pamphlet included, giving information about The Brothers and the research they are supporting.
