    I purchased an item as a Christmas gift. Once opened, it was discover the blanked was damaged. It had two loose threads. They also promised by shopping blind I will be total happy with the item they selected for me. I was not pleased. The blanked was over priced. At most only worth $20 and it has two loose strands of yarn. I paid $100 for the gift. They took forever to reply and only granted me a credit for another item. Their products are over priced and not up to standards. Now they are saying that I only had 45 days to return. I have a screen shot that never says the 45 day rule. With Covid delays, their delay in response and it being a holiday gift they are reporting it was not received in 45 days. I want a refund. They are not providing quality products or their pricing is not reasonable. I would like my money refunded.

    Second time ordering blind.I picked the $198 one for special Price $148.All the items are high quality. I received a beautiful black and white knit blanket. A backpack cl full of secret pockets and zippers. A little reindeer named ******, thats going to friends *******. A notebook that is special in its own way. 4 socks that are soft.I also got 4 free socks.I like all my surprises I opened on Christmas. I would have loved a piece of clothing in my box. Softest, well made clothes. I will solve that while buying specific items next time.But I will definitely buy blind again.Thank you. I hope you are coming close and closer to finding a cure??
