              I did not make any purchases with this company yet I have a charge on my card for over $160. I have searched my emails and reached out to my bank. This is a fraudulent charge as I have never heard of this company before today.

              I had a horrible experience dealing with Theory customer service. I ordered and item and the box arrived beaten up and containing a worn theory item that I didn't order. I have called customer service about 40 times. I either wait on hold for ***************************************** I get a messaging saying no customer support people are available. I also sent an email (which they claim they will respond to in 4-5 business days) and I haven't gotten a response 2 weeks later. From now on, I will never purchase close directly from Theory.
