      These folks are a total scam. Wife got her strap purse and its tacky. 140 bucks. Would like to return it. After contacting them or trying to they wont answer phone return calls or respond to our e mails Must be Scientology way of doing business. These folks are In my opinion a total scam Ric in ***********

      No stars for Rebecca Minkoff. They never call back. They use to give Free Shipping now they dont, with the money they charge,its crazy. They send me emails I wii unsubscribe NOW !!!!!!

      They get a zero rating from me. I have been trying to reach customer service for the last 4 days. The only way to reach them is by email. None of my emails have been returned. I am trying to return an item that i purchased. The return policy says that there should be a return label in my package. THERE WAS NOT. It also leads me to a return page on their website. When i enter my order number it tells me that the item has already been returned and will not let me proceed. Your customer service *****. i will NEVER purchase anything from you again...online or in the store. I will also spread the word to everyone i know and don't know thru social media.

      Ordered a bag on 12/17 which I returned on 1//9 and received receipt of return from the company saying I would be refunded within 10 days. I emailed customer service 3 times which took a month to get a response which stated I needed to keep waiting. I filed a complaint with my credit card company against the charge to which the company replied that they were authorizing the refund. Over a month later they still have not refunded me. Horrible experience with almost obsolete customer service.

      This would be 0 stars if it was an option. I purchased a bag on Monday & still no confirmation email received for my order. I have emailed customer service four times already, sent a message through contact ** on her official website and called the constant busy call center line. I really didnt want to believe a company as large as hers would conduct this kind of business. At this point I will have to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully, Ill be able to get my money back.

      Placed an order on 09/24/2022, I received confirmation of the order but never a tracking number. I emailed customer care multiple times, their "call center"/phone number is still closed "due to covid", and messaged them via their site. After I sent an email regarding a payment dispute and *******, I finally received a response claiming there was a glitch in their system and they would expedite shipping. However, the tracking number recieved days later is not legitimate per **** also per the company website, they utilize ***** for returns. I'm unsure at this point if the company simply has horrendous business processes or if it is a total scam. At this time I've requested a full and immediate refund. I would not recommend ordering from them in the event someone is lucky enough to read this review before placing an order. Best regards!
