      First time ordering from the company. I asked for over night shipping. It been two days without the item. They charged me again for over night. I emailed them they told me not there problem and I would get it on another date. They stole money and the item was never delivered.

      I placed an order on September 5th and haven't received any updates about when the item will ship out or if it is cancelled. I have tried calling customer service and emailing them. I haven't received a response.

      I am writing this complaint regarding Rebecca Minkoff's customer service. On May 4, 2024, I emailed customer service @ ************************************* with an issue with missing reward points from purchases I made on February 9, 2024 ($315.80, order #*******), April 13, 2023 ($152.15, order #*******), 25 points for making a second purchase, 25 points for following on Instagram and birthday reward. ******************* my email on May 6, 2024, but he did not address my missing points issue. Instead, he addressed another issue regarding a defect on an item I purchased on April 29, 2024. I waited a few days and have not received a response from anyone from ************** so I sent another email on May 7, 2024. In addition to sending two emails, I called their ************** **************** line on May 7, 2024 at 9:57 AM, 10:03 AM, 12:42 PM, 1:43 PM and 10:31 AM on May 8, 2024. To this date, I am still waiting for a response from Rebecca Minkoff's **************** Representatives regarding my missing reward points.

      I am writing this complaint regarding Rebecca Minkoff's customer service. On April 29, 2024, I purchased the ******************* Backpack online for $81.20 (order # *******). I ordered it before Mother's Day so that I could gift it to my mother on Mother's Day. I received the item on May 3, 2024. When I examined the item, I realized the dog collar (clasp) was defected, as it does not open. I emailed the issue to ************************************* on May 4, 2024. I received a response from ***** at ************** He requested proof of purchase and photos of the defect to assist better. That same day, I provided a snapshot of my online order receipt, the purchase slip that came with the item, and a video showing the defect and inability to open the clasp. I waited a few days and have not received a response from ***** or anyone from ************** so I sent another email on May 7, 2024. In addition to sending the emails, I called their ************** **************** line on May 7, 2024 at 9:57 AM, 10:03 AM, 12:42 PM, 1:43 PM and 10:31 AM on May 8, 2024. A voicemail was also left on May 7, 2024, as I wanted to resolve this and was hoping a replacement would be sent before Mother's Day. To this date, I am still waiting for a response from Rebecca Minkoff's **************** Representatives regarding the supporting documents and video showing the defect and proof of purchase sent on May 4, 2024, so that I can receive my replacement.

      I placed an order #******* on 12/21/23 which I never received. I have emailed ************************************* as listed on their website and my order confirmation multiple times since placing my order and I have not received a response. I have called their 1800 number and it says to leave a voicemail and still my calls are not returned. This place is a scam, take people's money and do nothing to rectify the situation.

      I ordered a bag directly online from Rebecca minkoff. I needed the bag asap so paid for extra shipping. The charge for extra shipping was $30. The total amount spent was $215.89. The bag was supposed to be delivered on Friday. The bag never came and I spent all weekend calling and emailing and nobody got back to me or answered. Not to mention the email address wasnt working. I want all my money refunded.

      On March 17, 2023 I ordered a product from Rebecca Minkoff in the amount of $198.00. I never received a tracking number or the item almost a month later. I sent 2 emails and attempted to call the customer service # that doesn't ring so you can't speak to a live person and emails go unanswered. I have made 2 payments through afterpay and would like a refund.

      On 02/17/23 I placed order # ******* on the Rebecca Minkoff website for a M.A.B. Hobo in black. I returned it, and they received it on 03/06/23. I still have yet to receive my refund in my checking account, and since there is no live agent available to speak with on the phone, or chat with on the website, youre stuck just having to email them. Its already been 3 days since I emailed them about my refund, and I havent heard anything. This is ridiculous. Im due a refund of $428.85. I just want this settled already. I should not be having to go through this hassle from a company as big as Rebecca Minkoff.
