              I purchased two necklaces from Mango on 3/12/24 I tried to return them 2 days later and was told by a manager I cannot return them. due to a stain on the cardboard packaging that was NOT caused by me. The manager was looking for an excuse to not accept my return even though I 1. have my receipt 2. Necklaces is not worn A previous customer before me, left a stain on the cardboard packaging and the manager tried to put the blame on me! This is unfair and the only reason could be because I'm black. she was looking for an excuse. Ive never had this happen to any other company I bought items from. Mango ************* Store: **** Assistant Manager: ************************* Manager: ************************* I live 3 hours away and should not have to drive 3 hours for a return!!! that the manager could've simply did!!

              I purchased something online. I sent it back for a refund. They were unable to refund my money using the original purchase method. They are asking me to email them my checking account routing and account numbers along with the bank's SWFT/BIC code. I called my bank and they do not have this code because my bank does not process international wire transfers. I asked Mango to issue me a store credit or a gift card. At first they said yes, then a few days later they explicitly told me they do not have store credit or a gift cards at Mango.
