      Ordered (pumpkin themed) shoes in November 2024, along with a bag and wallet (also fall themed). The shoes didn't ship and they refunded me. They were discounted and I had a coupon, making the sales price $40.05. I kept checking the site for when they were restocked, and today found they were back on the website. I called and asked them to fulfill the order that they initially cancelled, now that they were available, for the price I originally paid. The *** put me on hold and transferred me to someone else without letting me know. She was very rude, told me that was too big a discount, and it was last year the order was placed. Offered to sell it to me for almost 50% more than I paid. It is not the customer's fault they sold an item they didn't actually have, and it is not the customer's fault that it took 6 months for it to get back in stock. Terrible customer service. Will never order from the site again.; Too bad because I love Betsey Johnson styles.

      I placed an order on July 13,2024 for a purse and paid for next day delivery, my order is still sitting in the warehouse. They sent me a ***** tracking number that ***** states is invalid. **************** is continuously telling me that ***** has received the package and refusing to cancel my order and issue me a refund. I give one star because I had to choose. But they do not deserve any star.

      In my opinion this page and brand uses deceitful and dishonest practices.Please if you want something from this brand get it somewhere else so you dont fall victim of their "sales"Also their costumer services representatives are so bad that dont even give you their name. They just repeat the same thing over and over rather than try and undertand the problem.

      I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal delivery service provided by Betsey Johnson. After placing an order on April 7, 2024, I am still left empty-handed and without the items I paid for.The discrepancies in the delivery timeline are particularly troubling. According to the first tracking information, it took an astonishing month from the order date for the items to be supposedly sent out and delivered. What's even more baffling is the second tracking information, which claims that the items were dispatched a mere 12 days after I lodged a complaint about the first failed delivery. How can such a vast difference in dispatch times exist for the same order? It's beyond comprehension and only adds to my frustration.As a customer who values reliability and transparency, I can no longer trust Betsey Johnson with my business. The repeated failures to deliver on their promises have shattered any semblance of trust I had in this company. Not only will I cease all future transactions with them, but I will also actively discourage my friends and family from patronizing their services.In conclusion, if you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy business to fulfill your needs, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Betsey Johnson has proven themselves to be unreliable and incompetent in delivering their services, and I refuse to subject myself to their incompetence any longer.Avoid Betsey Johnson at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

      I purchased a pair of shoes and had to contact customer about the arrival date. I had a response within 24 hours and the shoes less than a week later. However, the shoes that I purchased for my wedding that are supposed to be ivory are actually yellow. The return process is not as easy as they make it seem. Why would you send out discolored shoes? I was excited to get my shoes for my wedding. Now Im upset and stressed. I need to find a replacement.

      I purchased a pair of shoes on February 23 of this year and I just to decided to wear them. The right shoe has the defect of fastening on the same ankle as the left shoe. The defect is easily noticed and was not noticed until I got ready to wear them. I contacted customer service and they told me since it has been over 30 days they could not help me. I then pointed out that their policy says they guarantee against defects and it has no expiration of the time. They still refused to help. I could see them refusing me if it had been a year or longer.

      Bought from Betsey J******** online boots at the amount of $217.00 on 12/16/2022 for Christmas gift.
      Today is January 7, 2023 never received merchandise.
      Worst mistake ever! I have made several attempts to get a refund only resulting in being blown off.
      • Merchant has the worst customer service ever!
      No morals or business ethics in regards to customer.
      FRAUDULENTLY & MISLEADINGLY:
      I just want my refund in full.
      • I never received my merchandise.
      Most assuredly, after this I never desire to to wear or support this business.
      I hate I every heard this Betsy J******’s name, let along brought into their bogus marketing merchandise tactics.
      • I contacted Betsey J****** several times. They responded differently each time.
      • They indicated they’re on the way!
      • Blatantly lied to me.
      • Then they said, they would refund my $217.00, plus tax monies & put it back in my account.
      • It has not happened as of yet.
      • TEETER-TOTTERING: 24 Days in now Custom Svc emailed me to contact their 2nd hand “********* Shipping” to arrange for pickup or delivery options.
      It will be 2nd contact I made to shipping nonproductive by product .
      • Which shipping is supposed to have been FREE. I’ve actually earn this product complimentary free of charge!
      • Nevertheless,, I just want my refund redeposited in my account I. FULL..
      Be Advised: DO NOT order from this company!!
      ADVISORY!! potential buyer you will regret ever doing business with this merchant.
      Grievously, I regret ever shopping to place this order.
      But I am going to get my refund.
      I cannot represent a fraudulent company’s thievery products, nor antics of any kind. .
      Hopefully, this merchant will politely be my the 1st & last.
      Please refund all my monies. Thank you!
