My order was partially fulfilled, with me receiving only 1 of 2 pairs. It has been over a month; they refuse to give an ETA of when my order will be completed and also refuse to give a refund.

      My mother bought a suitcase for me with a 5 year warranty. The suitcase started to have a broken handle and crack in the shell....all under the warranty protection. I've reached out three times and the company keeps giving me the run around. Finally someone responds and says they won't honor it because my elderly mother lost the receipt ( it was a birthday gift ). Then kicker is they said this AFTER I sent them a serial number from a tag inside the suitcase and pictures of the suitcase and physical warranty. I have all email exchanges.

      on 3/3/2025, I was late night browsing on ******************************* and I was sleep scrolling and somehow I accidentally "pressed" the pay button and the order went through. I emailed them several times and they told me that it was cancelled and taken care of, they were very professional but it happened again the very next day. that or it was never really canceled the first time. The first charge on my account for $66.30 ( I had an auto applied coupon code) was refunded on 3/4/25 and then another charge of $78.00 even appeared on my account for the first time on 3/4/2025 and despite saying that they are going to take care of it or that they are not going to let it leave the warehouse, I have gotten notification that it has shipped on top of finding out that per my bank, this transaction for $78.00 is showing as an "In-Person Purchase" at the ****************, ******** on 3/7/2025. The description for the first order was completely different and said the following:"An online or phone purchase of $78.00 was made at SP ************************** with your card ending in x0135." They want me to pay almost $9.00 to ship it back when it comes after I have begged them to not let it ever leave their warehouse, it seems like they are doing this for the re-stocking fee. They have not offered to even waive it.

      DATE: 12/01/24 Keep getting the run around. Ordered a month ago and keep getting a computer generated response. Unfulfilled we are working hard. A friend of mine will be making a similar complaint because they ordered a different item and getting same response. Starting to think that this business is a fake one. I keep getting emails daily to buy more things. Yeah thats not happening. First and last experience with this company.

      I placed an order on 11/22/2024, received an update that it shipped out on 11/25/2024, its now 12/13/2024 and my item has not even been dropped off to the shipping company. Ive sent several emails asking where my order is and have been given nothing but the run around, buyer beware that if you order something they will gladly accept your money and leave your order unfulfilled for almost a month.

      I order a pair of sandals from the betsey johnson site over a month ago. The shoes arrived damaged. I sent them back for a new pair and received an even worse pair than before. No resolution was offered because I was told this was an isolated incident even though I was sent two pairs of defective shoes. I have been waiting on a refund for shoes I never got to wear and have had the hassle for a month to return them and I still cant even get my money back. Asked for a corporate number on many occasions and was ignored. Not sure how a business can run this way.

      I placed a order for shoes and bags in the very early hours of 7/23/24 to be delivered via expidited shipping in 2 days. I called for a status report on 7/25/24 when i did not get any shipping notification and was told the order was delayed because some of the items in the order were not available in their company wharehouse and i told the agent that i could not wait till when it became available as i needed them for a vacation which i was going on on 7/27/24. I was advised to cancel which i did immediately and was promised an email to confirm same. I did not get an email in 24 hours and called them pn 7/24/24 and re-iterated my cancellation and was promised a cancellation email as they still had not shipped as at this date and i reminded them i was going out of town and will not be around to receive it and besides i had already sourced for alternative items elsewhere to which they apologised and promised again to make sure the order is cancelled at their end and refund processing started. They finally sent an email same day stating that the are working on canceling the order.I get an email from them on 7/26/24 and saying my order is on the way and on 7/27/24 saying it had been shipped. I contact them via email on 7/29/24 summarising our prior conversation and conclusions and go on to demand my a full refund, with expidited shipping fees included.I am yet to hear or read from them.

      06/18/2024 purchased a Betsey Johnson product from a retail store out of state. I made this purchase for a gift. When the gift was given, I found out that the purse I purchased was defective. The store where this was purchased does not have any purse of the same style/color in stock. I reached out to the manufacturer Betsey Johnson / betseyjohnson.com where the problem originated from. The company does have stock of this same style/color purse on their website. The company has been running me around in circles. They requested a copy of the receipt which I sent along with photos of purse. I've asked them for simple resolution....send me a return shipping label so that I could send the new with tags, defective purse back along with a copy of the receipt. They disregard the facts that the problem originated with the manufacturer, the fact that the store this was purchased from is out of state and the fact that I'm requesting a replacement in which this was the last one of this style and color that the store had. The company continues to refuse to resolve the issue. It would cost me approx. $80 round trip with gas and tolls to get back to this store in ** from where I reside in **. Bottom line the problem originated with Betsey Johnson manufacturer. This product came brand new with tag inside a dustbag, inside a clear packaging. There were no loose mirror like stones in the dustbag. This bag was defective from the go and clearly not inspected before Betsey Johnson sold the bag in the first place or their would be loose stones in the dustbag which there are none. Been emailing with **** from their company who seems to be very incapable of resolving the issue as well as being incapable of providing me with a complete response. So here I am with you, to ask for help with assisting me to get resolution..

      I placed an order with Betsey Johnson on Saturday February 24, 2024 for a handbag and matching wallet. I paid for expedited (2 day) shipping. Per their shipping policy, the order would arrive on Wednesday February 28, 2024. The order has yet to even ship and customer service has been giving me the run around for days. They advised me on Wednesday the 28th that it would arrive although the item had yet to ship. Had I known the expedited shipping they offer was a ruse, I would have ordered sooner or ordered something from a different company altogether. I really needed this to arrive before I leave for out of country travel and Betsey ****** has made no effort to ship my item. They created a shipping label on Tuesday February 27, 2024, but it has yet to be picked up by the carrier. I literally just want my item shipped to me ASAP. At this point it should be overnighted.Order Confirmation BJ#******

      The order was supposed to be delivered on 2/28, not March 4th. I am out of the country until March 11th. Im not even sure where it was delivered because my home surveillance has not alerted me of any activity at or near my house. I explained to ************************* who reached out that no one is home, hence why I paid for expedited shipping in the first place. I would never have a package delivered in my neighborhood while Im away.

      I placed order BJ#****** in September and received on 11/09/23. I paid ***** (including taxes) and it has now been discounted twice, for ***** (including taxes). I have reached out to their customer service three times requesting a price adjustment, all of which have gone unanswered. Im requesting a refund of *****, as these discounts became available just days after receiving my order.
