PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My mother had a problem with the charging port on her phone and ONLY the charging port. The port was not working which cause the phone to be out of battery for 2 days prior to coming into this shop. She took the phone, which was ALWAYS safe in its otterbox case, which B4 it ran out of battery had a bright/perfectly operating screen, save for a few scratches. And gave it 2 the seemingly polite man named *******. I, her daughter, go 2 pick it up, and ******* hands me back the phone with a completely damaged screen with grey/yellow/black blotches inside the screen. It looked like it had been put in water or dropped on the floor. Now, everybody makes mistakes and accidents happen but OWN UP TO IT and most importantly TELL THE ****** ******* decided to the shift the blame saying that it wasn't them and my mom must have broken it and proceeded to try and charge me $139 to fix the screen THEY BROKE on top of the $130 we already paid to fix the charging port. When I pressed him, instead of owning up to it, he tried to appease me by deducting $20 from $139. This is not okay!! I was so mad I was shaking! Times are really tough for my family right now, and my mom depends on that phone for job/livelihood!! ******* found a loophole by saying that since the phone was off (IN ITS CASE) for the 2 days it was off "tHaTs wHeN my mOm mUSt hAvE dRoPpEd it" (SHE DID NOT) and broke the screen and when they turned it on "iT wAS jUsT LiKe tHaT". ******* was smiling politely while LYING STRAIGHT to my face and since I couldnt prove they broke it, there was nothing I could do. Everybody makes mistakes!! But lying and not taking accountanility is bad buisiness and they wont get away with this!! P.S The lady and her son in front of me on the line were also forced to pay an extra HUNDRED dollars because they "found" another problem with the phone and INSTEAD of calling and warning them beforehand they just raised the price they agreed on w/o telling them!!
