An appointment was inquired about on November 18 2022. The stylist agreed to the date and time for a 9pm appointment November 23 2022 and a d $25 deposit was paid. Tuesday November 22 the appointment was confirmed and the address was sent. At 11:52 am on November *************************************** she wasnt feeling well and was goi g to the emergency room after the client she had in her chair at the moment and said she has to reschedule my appointment. I said I understand we will talk. Due to her not providing a service a deposit was set for I found someone else because by Friday evening after reaching out to inquire about a Monday appointment. As per her booking site she is closed Sunday and Monday so I proceed with my next option. She had not reached out and I could no longer wait. By Sunday morning I received a dm via Instagram stating she reached out via text. I did not see the reply until Thursday and stated ** so sorry for the late reply but I did not receive and text and had already gotten my hair done and later I also replied so are you sending my deposit back she tells me she offered a reschedule but only after I inquired about one and that since I now fo not need her services Im canceling the appointment and the deposit is non refundable. There was some back and forth about not being serviced and it would not be fair to keep a deposit when she initially canceled the appointment. She advised me shes not giving the deposit back because she offered to reschedule and that I should proceed to get my funds back through my bank instead of just sending the money back.
