      Closed my bank for no reason and have to wait 30 to 60 days to get my money back. Worse service. They dont help and ask dumb questions that make no sense to your account.

      I had already called cancel my best buy credit card (was charged automatic annual fee $54.86) along with confirmation number. However, never happen, Next bill show up was charged $799.71 ( Interest charged) Actually I had paid off my 24 months with no interest for the purchase of new Whirpool fridge end August 2025. What kind of management and service? This is the way Best Buy make money.

      Why can't you hire Americans to answer phones? Your customer service people don't speak English and can't be understood. Terrible I have to keep hanging up and keep trying until I get someone that speaks English

      the citi bank card is a scam. There is no way to ever talk to any customer service representative on the phone. I tried to get a card that never cam and another one was issued. I talked to 5 customer service representatives that transferred me to no ****** NOT get this card!

      Misleading Credit Offer:Citibank offered a $400 credit after meeting certain terms and conditions. I fulfilled all the requirements within the specified time frame, but the credit was never issued. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but received no clear explanation or resolution. Blocked Card While Traveling Abroad:While I was traveling outside the country, my Citibank credit card was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. To make matters worse, Citibank did not provide a reliable international contact number for immediate assistance. Instead, they sent a letter requiring verification, which they said would take 710 business days to arrive To resolve the blocked card issue, Citibank has insisted on sending a verification letter through the mail, which they say will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. This is an unnecessary delay, especially considering I am now back in the **** and have already attempted to verify my identity through other means. Citibank has not provided any faster resolution options, which is extremely frustrating and ************* does seem like Citibank has not caught up with modern technology, especially when it comes to:Account verification: Relying on physical mail for something as urgent as identity verification in 2025 is outdated and ************************* support: Not having a reliable international contact option when your card is blocked abroad is unacceptable in todays global world.Customer experience: Delays, lack of transparency on promotions, and slow support are all signs of a system that hasnt kept pace with customer expectations or technological advancements.

      I ordered some shoes offline. It was around the holiday time so I thought it would take longer to receive it. After a few weeks I reached out to the company I had purchased them from and got no response. So I reached out to thank you Citi card to dispute the transaction because I did not receive my shoes. At first they credited me and said it was resolved. Then a short time later I believe it was 2 week I got a document stating that I was responsible for the charge. I then attempted to resolve it with the company and found out that the people who I've been communicating with were the third party and they're only take the payment they're not the ones who authorized to refund a person. So I sent my document showing that I did try to resolve it with the company to City card and they still told me that I was responsible for the charge. I called and spoke with the representative to ask him what is it that they want me to show because I did try and get it and I never received the product and the associate told me to write a letter stating everything that I had did and send it to them. I wrote the letter documenting the the dates of the attempts to resolve it with the original company as well as with the middle person who took my payment as well as the number of times me giving documentation to ***** and the end result is they still said that I was responsible for the charge.

      HORRIBLE, an absolute WASTE of time banking with them. I opened a new checking account and they refused to give me my bonus. Despite following all their instructions, after giving me the run-around for 3 months, and at least 20 calls &chats online with customer service, they send me a letter saying that I'm not eligible? **. I followed every instruction! Even my employer had a extremely difficult time with the direct deposit also, so it's definitely a Citi problem! Never banking with this joke of a bank again and I recommend them to absolutely no one!!!!

      I want to recognize ***** from the ************************ (credit card division) for her absolutely spectacular service. She went above and beyond in every wayher efficiency, expertise, and professionalism were outstanding. Most importantly, she made me feel like a truly valued Citi customer, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. Citi is fortunate to have such a dedicated representative on the team.

      Citibank is a horrible company. I currently have ( until yesterday when I closed it a credit card. I use it very little and always paid the balance before the bill was due just like I do every other card. I applied for the Advantage card since I fly often and own two businesses. I didnt really need another card but thought the ****** bonus miles would be a nice perk. even though I have a 835 credit score, have not paid late, missed payments on any accounts including the multiple mortgages, cars etc that I have had. In spite of very high credit limits on all of my other cards, in spite of the fact that across the board my credit is considered Exceptional I was denied. Why? I was shocked! I have not been turned down for any credit. Well over 30 years ago I had a bankruptcy after being married to a gambling addict. Not something I was proud of at all. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Well, I was denied credit over that bankruptcy where Citibank was listed. Over 30 years ago. You can imagine my shock when the man told me the reason for the denial. I immediately cancelled my credit card. I will never ever do business with this bank for any reason. It doesnt matter how you spend years building your credit this company has no problem cutting you off at your knees! ****************!!!

      Their customer service is literally the worst I have ever experienced and they make you jump through more hoops than any other card company just to use it. Any instructions they give you are vague and useless
