      I need the BBB to help me. I made a second pmt at the end of Feb for my March pmt, I'm then being pressured for a March pmt! If a problem with billing cust svc *** should not have accepted my end of feb/to be applied March pmt!!! I closed the card, they didn't close my card and charging me $40 per month fees on a closed card!!! I will never do business with this company again and they need to be held accountable

      Every instance I have had to deal with anyone at Citibank, they are either the least competent people on earth or Citis management gives them no authority whatsoever to correct any mistakes on their part. Citi is the very worst bank and company that I have ever worked with! They break the law with their disregard for consumer rights and should be heavily fined and shut down!

      Citi Bank is a horrible credit card company. I have had 2 accounts with them over 15 years, and was treated like someone who skipped out on payments. I had an account closed with no notifications on one account, and closed the other because their customer service department is horrible. I now will be taking a major hit on my credit score, with closing 40k of available credit. This company is a joke, and has the worse customer service i have ever experienced. I will be keeping ****************, *****, And Discover, as they have always had great customer service. STAY AWAY from ********************** !!

      Horrific customer service on auto-pilot with limited ability and there is no way to elevate to a helpful expert. Even their so-called 'supervisors' are utterly incapable.

      I paid these guys on time and never missed a payment and paid down my balance and they closed my account right after I paid them off. ******************. Do not trust them for anything. I never will again...

      When I opened this account from day one, they continually kept freezing my funds when Im out handling business, they have caused me a huge inconvenience. The biggest inconvenience was me depositing the last money from my deceased father and into my account and they totally blocked me out of my account and two days later they closed my account. They are very unprofessional and have caused a huge inconvenience from the beginning. This is the worst Bank I have ever put my trust in. Shame on them for treating their customers as of no importance.! They should not be allowed to stay in business.

      Do not use this bank or credit card. They have the worst credit card and fraud protection. Worst customer service to get in touch with a live representative.

      I have been a member with Citi credit cards since 2018 I have a 100% percent on time never late pay history with all five credit cards from Citi, I obtained a lower interest loan to consolidate my higher interest credit cards with Citi, two days after the balances were all paid off, they reduced my revolving line of credit over $7000.00 dollars which they have done before, as a result of them, decreasing my revolving line of credit, my score has dropped over 40 points and will no doubt continue to drop. I am requesting that Citi increase and restore my revolving credit limit to what it was prior to the decrease, what they have done is absolutely unfair and unjustified and they cannot even provide me a valid excuse why they did it

      I paid off the balance of my best buy Credit card and they never reported it to any credit bureau. They are making like I own them money? I called them and it said I don't have a payment due. I paid it off 4/5/25 and in a couple of days it will be a month ago. Having a very high interest rate was bad enough but, this thing that I'm talking about pushed me to the edge and I cancelled my paid in full rent card. ******
