              I had a loan with BHG which they turnover to Carver. I've reached out Carver Bank several times via email and provided my contact info so I could payoff my balance. They yet to call me back or respond to my four online email request for a payoff statement. Guessing not so they can continue to take all my remaining interest, which I am trying to save. This "minority owned " company will take what they can get for free.Their customer service is not desired. Call and no one answers. Repeat voice recordings, same thing over and over and over.If your have a loan with a someone that transferred to Carver....BEWARE!!!!

              I have my checking account with ********************** the branch in Brooklyn ****** Street. I got a call from the fraud department stating that someone tried to use my card in ******* and about an half hour they started taking out money from my account. That was a Saturday they took out a thousand dollars, Sunday they took a thousand dollars, Monday they took another thousand dollars before the bank opened at 9:00 am. I put in a claim with the bank they told me to make a police report which I did any which way the bank is giving me the run around to put the money back in my account. According to their advertisement they have 24 hrs service 7 days per week 365 days per year but yet I have been calling that whole weekend and couldn't get any one. I entrust my money to Carver and no one wants to be responsible at this point. Customer has to be very cautious especially seniors please be aware. This suppose to be Black own and community and poor black people is being ripped off and no one is really there to help you so it's your own is taking you to the *********. My bills has to be paid.God IS SEEING, HE SITS HIGH AND LOOKS LOW.
