      Chase Bank did not handle a dispute in the correct manner. I called to notify them of an unauthorized transaction. They issued me a temporary credit and later reversed the credit. They said there investigation determined. that i used the card. This is not true. I lost 165.00 and there is no way to fix this issue whatever they say goes. Please do not Bank with Chase.

      If i could give 0 stars, I would.
      I was a small business customer with Chase for almost 4 years. During that time, I maintained my account in good standing, kept my business active, and continually applied for credit or funding to grow. It even got to a point where I had to purposely overdraft my account to obtain extra funding to make moves for my company. Despite all of that, Chase denied me every time.
      What makes it worse is seeing others — some with poor credit, no real business activity, or brand-new accounts — receive funding within days. It’s frustrating to feel like your business, your effort, and your legacy don’t matter to a bank you’ve been loyal to.
      I never got a real explanation, only generic denials that didn’t line up with how I saw others being treated. After being rejected for the last time, I made the decision to close my Chase account and move my business to ***** ***** — where I’ve already been treated with more respect and clarity.
      This isn’t just about money. It’s about being seen and supported as a real business. I’m filing this complaint because I want Chase to know they lost a serious entrepreneur who only asked for the same chance others were getting — and I won’t be silent about it.

      They make it impossible to transfer Chase Sapphire points to their partners. Super scam!!!

      This is the worst bank. They have no claim department. You are told it's a department in the back no one can speak to and the representative don't have access. They allow transaction to be made to your account you didn't make. The evidence would be this is a legitimate transaction because the merchant gave us your name and email address are you serious. This bank does not have their customers back. Canceled card and still allow fraudulent transactions to go through. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BANK!!!!!

      Absolutely no customer protection. This is a profit before a customer company by any means. You are just a number and nothing else to them. You can present all the data proving you were scammed and ripped off and they will not help you at all.

      Went into the branch opened a checking account with representative made a appointment everything went well now following monday they close down account no reasoning why and i have my DD coming its stressful because if there was an issue why not disclose at the branch to save everyones time i reopened the account that I MYSELF closed in 2023 with no money due and no negative intervals so this is crazy i havent got a card in the mail nor used it now i cant get paid properly on time is stressful

      I DEPOSITED A CHECK AND WAS PLACED IN HOLD, I WAS GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL, I CALLED 3 TIMES IN 3 DIFFERENT OCATIONS, THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE CALLS HAS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE FIRST TIME I WAS TOLD THE CHECK WAS NOT IN HOLD ANYMORE (NOT TRUE) SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD THE CHECK WAS GOING TO BE REALEASED NEXT DAY (NOT TRUE) THE 3RD TIME THEY HANGED UP ON ME 3 TIMES IN 20 MINUTES, CHASE IS HORRIBLE.

      On Monday, I chose to open a checking account to subsequently open a first checking bank account (for my 10-year-old), who is going on a trip within a week. The banker at one location told me he couldn't help me, that I had to open both accounts online through the app, and gave me a folder of paperwork to go home and manage by myself. I thought customer service was odd and useless, but I attempted it. Monday, I opened both accounts from the app. However, I could not move ANY funds over to the child account from the main account as it continued to give an error message. I tried every technical suggestion, but there were no resolutions. The branch attempted as well. A "ticket was placed on Tuesday afternoon." I was told I would receive a call in 2-3 business days. Today is Friday, the end of business day 3. No callback. I was told by a new branch that I could bring my child in to deposit the money to fund it. Brought her in, and then they said, "Oh, we made a mistake. She can't deposit into her account either." I called customer service and went into the branch over 10 times collectively between the two options this week.
      We closed the First Checking account and reopened one with a branch manager to have the same issue persist. It is a glitch with Chase and First Checking. However, the IT people and no one in the phone customer service department can resolve the issue. Chase opened a nonworking account for me, and there is no urgency to fix it. They tell me to wait for a phone call? I have zero desire to BEG YOU to take my money. I said, "No one can resolve a product that doesn't work? How does this lack of urgency and attention show confidence in banking my money with you?" I easily took my money to a bank next door, then opened a kids' checking account that works within 20 minutes of my time. Will also close out my Disney credit card and never bank here again. They are untrustworthy, have terrible customer service, and are unreliable with money.

      CHASE IS DEFINITELY A CORRUPTED BANK AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THEIR OFFICE. YOU ARE ABLE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT ONLINE YOU GET APPROVE AND THEN 24 TO 48 HOURS LATER AFTER YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT THEY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. THEN IT TAKES HALF OF THE MONTH TO RETURN YOUR MONEY TO YOU, WHY IS THAT. THEY ARE CORRUPT. I HOPE SOMEONE WOULD FILE A LAWSUITS AGAINST YOU WHERE YOU LOSE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR THE NASTY WORK YOU DO.

      You can set up a payment plan but they somehow turn it off for a couple of months so I missed a couple of scheduled payments...how I'm not sure since the payment plan was supposed to end in November 2026 so why was it turned March and April of 2025. I did not trunk off the scheduled payment plan but when I went to check in the website sure enough it was off...and they are quick to report.it so your credit rating goes down...I will never open a credit card with them again.
