On August 2020, I visited this Office looking help for affordable housing. They posted on a local newspaper from *** that they had apartments available all over *************, including all boroughs. Also, that they accepted vouchers for housing. I told this person that I have a ********** Voucher for one person (myself). He asked me for a fee. In order to have access to a list of landlords. I gave this person $600 as a fee. The only thing I got access to, was a list of common people (not landlords) who are renting part of their apartments. I also started to receive photographs of furnished bedrooms on my phone... I had never got contact with real landlords to present my voucher. Also, one of these persons told me to mention ***** / NYC Rooms All Boroughs to remove them from the list because they weren't renting anymore. I proceeded to call this Office again and mention the reasons why I wanted my money back. Because I NEVER received ANY HELP from this REALTOR, I was SCAMMED IN PERSON with DIPLOMACY. I hope this name and who works inside to be OUT OF BUSINESS. Is not possible to have business like these ones open, running and working for the people of the City. Much less, on this time that the City is coming back up after the pandemic... According to the ********** of ***** of ***, I need their business license to *** them and get my money back. I can't go by myself not even a state's police can go with me without a judicial order... Please lawyers, governor, ****** **************** senators DO SOMETHING against these events in the City...
