            On the following dates ****** Refrigeration was called by ****************** from National Facilities Direct for two separate service calls. After completion of the job the invoice was sent. 07/31/2023 **** ***********. ****************, ** ***** 08/12/2023 ****************************** *********, ** ***** They are denying that any work was done at these sites, while we have proof in photos and a Manager on site to sign and approve the completion of the job(s), as well as a long thread of text message exchanges regarding the jobs and the repairs needed to be done along with *******'s Approval for each job estimate.Over the past several months after continuously requesting payment for the open invoices (**** & ****) I have not gotten a response from either ****************** or his Manager **** regarding payment. It has been a very big hassle doing business with this company and collecting on a timely manner. I would like a response from Nation Facilities Direct in writing letting me know when we will receive payment for the jobs completed or a just agreement we may reach together.

            They do not pay the contractors who make them the money. They have been past due for several months now. They won't return phone calls, emails, nothing.
