      Location had a crooked finance person who sold me a wheel and tire package that turned out to not cover what I was told it would cover. Location informed me the finance person was removed from their location in handcuffs but they will not assist me with fixing my tires in the way the package was sold to me. Not even as a one time courtesy. I was lied to and transferred around to a mailbox that was full. Very deceiving location and your typical lying sales men and finance people that you would expect from a criminal dealership. Not what I expected from an official honda dealership. Be very careful with their useless packages that they will try to sell you.

      If you leave your number after expressing any interest in a car expect 10 calls a day for 3-4 weeks. They'll schedule and reschedule "appointments" without talking to customers. Secondly if you ask them to stop they CONTINUE to call and do not stop after you've asked them to please stop repeatedly. Absolute harassment from this business

      ***** *** and his staff were great. Got a great deal and his sales staff were ALL friendly and outgoing. Ill be going there soon for another car when my lease is up shortly. A++++

      Exceptional Service at Honda of New Rochelle
      I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Olecia ****** at Honda of New Rochelle, and I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service I received. While many are quick to leave negative reviews when things go wrong, I believe great experiences deserve recognition, and this was one worth sharing.
      From start to finish, the entire team at Honda of New Rochelle was professional, attentive, and helpful. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, but Ms. ****** truly stood out. Her transparency, knowledge, and thoroughness were unmatched.       My experience at Honda New Rochelle has been the best dealership Ive ever done business with. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at this dealer in 2 years. Everyone from top to bottom, this includes management to salesman seems to be ready and willing to serve the customers in the best way possible. I would recommend anyone and everyone to do business with Honda New Rochelle. If a new vehicle is required on my end, I will definitely go back to this dealer with no worries.

      Buying from Certified Used salesman was easy. Honda HRV EXL 2021. **** it was a lease from an elderly person who hardly used it. Car had just about ***** miles. ****** report that matched. Bought end of April 2024. Late July front passenger floor and drivers had water in it. Passenger side a lot. Drivers side didnt have deep water but carpet wet. Dried it. Now we see white coming up from under the carpet and staining the charcoal carpet( car is white-interior charcoal! Called sales rep. **** had to bring it the week after the 4th of July. Called to bring in. Car went down to them Saturday the 13th. Water kept filling up. ******** brought A manager out- *******. Manager saw water was coming from behind panel. Said it would be ripe of list Monday. Finally Tuesday they said it was AC. We said remember we want rug pulled up and a picture showing this was done and all on under rug. Oh we will tell service. Thursday told no picture all good. AC was the issue and no water leaking now. Rug good. Come get it. Went today the 20th (Saturday) car not ok. White is there. Arrogant attitude. ******* claims not his issue. ***** had been gone but it took you 2 days to get here. **** wont take it till its corrected. He said hed have it removed from premises if we didnt take it. Home with it but need the matter resolved. What is under the carpet causing this! And the drivers side is the issue- there want that much white on that side when we brought it there!!! Just awful. A really arrogant and Un helpful manager whose name is *******. Not satisfied.

      I worked with *** and let me just day this man was a miracle worker!! I felt heard, understood and not only was he listening to my requests, he also didnt make me feel like another transaction. Getting a car is stressful enough, but Thank you *** for making this a smooth, trusting experience! I recommend him blindly!!!

      I visited Honda New Rochelle with the intent of purchasing a 2019 Civic LX after seeing it online. Upon arrival, ***** greeted me and asked me to wait for assistance. Despite waiting for over thirty minutes, no one came to help. ***** eventually returned and offered to assist since no one else was available. We began discussing the car details, but ***** left midway to help another customer, leaving me waiting for another thirty minutes. When ***** returned, he apologized, explaining his prior commitment. After informing him of my desired car, he retrieved it for a test drive. After the test drive, we resumed discussing the car, and he mentioned the active recall, stating it wouldn't qualify for the HondaTrue warranty. When asked about the recall, ***** mentioned a gas cap replacement, which turned out to be misinformation as it was for the fuel pump, revealed later through CarFax.The advertised price of $19,073 ended up being $1.2k more, with ***** attributing the discrepancy to attracting customers. After purchase, I discovered no dealerships had the necessary parts for the recall, and can potentially take months to resolve. ***** rescheduled paperwork for the next day and rescheduled again for a later time as I was pulling into the dealership causing a two-hour wait. The finance team insisted on a full warranty for the loan, claiming bank requirements, which seemed dishonest.Assurances of receiving the registration for the vehicle were unmet, leading to an expired temporary tag and conflicting information on status. Requests for an extended temp tag were denied, leaving legal concerns of driving the vehicle without plates/registration. The manager, ***, offered to cover any summons I may receive due to this issue.       I purchased a used HRV from Honda of New Rochelle in 2022 and I purchased the third party extended warranty offered by the company for $3700. I have since sold the car and have been trying to get a refund of the warranty with no luck. The **************** informed that all refunds must come from Honda of New Rochelle, I have made several visits asking for help from their finance managers and every time I have been given the run around or have been told that they are busy (when clearly they were not). Any way, I have cancelled the policy through the warranty company and had to show them the forms I was given by Honda of NR only to be told they never sent them. Be very careful with these guys, not honest at all.
