            I went to the left paw and found a dog that I liked and was quoted a price for this dog.I thought it over for a few days and decided to purchase this dog. When I returned to the store, the sales person raised the price on me by over $700!I was angry that I was being swindled. She saw that I really wanted the dog.I raised my voice to her and told her I thought that was wrong. I left the store feeling annoyed.About a week later, I returned to the store to purchase the dog at the higher price. I became emotionally attached to the dog.It is then that the sales person told me that she will not sell me the dog. The manager was called into the room and said that it is her judgment call.The sales person was spiting me because I raised my voice to her when she increased the price by over $700.She implied that I wasnt fit to raise a dog!The excuse that she and her manager gave was that I referred to the dog as it instead of her! The other reason was that I was asking questions about the dogs health!

            Concerning *********************** complaint. FirstThe price of the dog never changed and he never raised his voice to any of our employees. If he had, he would have been asked to leave on the spot. Second, We are extremely picky of whom we sell a dog too. In the case of **********************, we did question why her referred to the puppy in question as it instead of her because we found it to be odd; however, we refused to sell him a puppy because he had no interest in socializing with the pup. He did not want to even sit down and physically meet the puppy. We will not sell a puppy to anyone who does not show a genuine loving connection to a puppy and that is impossible to do if a customer does not even want to touch the puppy. It is very important to us that our puppies find loving forever homes so that they do not end up in a shelter or worse, end up being unloved. We reserve the right to deny a sale to anyone we feel is unlikely to give the puppy a loving and caring home, such as **********************.
