    Flower for Mother in Laws wake (wake 1 day(1.11.22), burial 9:30am following morning(1.12.22)Date of delivery: 1/11/2022 Amount: $730.37 The flowers arrived damaged/dead I sent an email on 1.11.22 as soon as I got home from the wake with pictures of the flowers without a response until after the funeral on 1.12.22 when the flowers where place over her grave.The owner(***************************) then acknowledged my email on 1.14.22(still was already buried for 2 days) stating "Please note I saw the pictures and it is clear that flowers were damaged on delivery, I promise you we will never send something like this out to anyone and the driver should have noticed this issue on notified the shop for a replacement, immediately, etcstating the driver should have never delivered those flowers and had the replaced immediately." (I have uploaded this email)The owners acknowledgement of the damage should be enough to warrant a full refund. In addition, called at least 4 times and I didn't hear from anyone until after the burial. Needless to say..1. I informed the florist the same day via email 2.Nobody returned my call and I didn't speak with anyone until after the funeral when "I" had to call them again.3. On 1.14.22 ************************* claims their policy is return the flowers and you will recieve 100% refund. So how do they expect the flowers back when they were already on top of my Mother in Laws grave for 2 days.4.In the pictures I order the flowers on their webpage on the top row and as you can see below they are dameaged/ dead and unfortunatley do not look at all as they advertise.With all this said, the owner acknowledge of the damaged flowers should never had been delivered. I contacted them in a timely manner and then I don't hear anything back until after the funeral when I called them.

    I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my wife through ***** Flowers that was delivered Friday, 5/12 by #****************, ******* **. A large arrangement was ordered, and the price was high due to the holiday. The flowers were delivered with much of the arrangement looking as if the flowers have been sitting outside for a couple days. We called to informed them of our dissatisfaction and asked what can be done. When the phone was answered, 2 people were talking for about 10 seconds before someone responded. When we conveyed our concern and asked what could be done, there was no apology or resolution. We were just told that they could replace them sometime next week! I paid extra to have a healthy arrangement delivered by Mother's Day! The price is half for a delivery next week! I mentioned that this was not good enough and they hung up the phone not once, but twice!! I do see others have had similar experiences, so the ownership doesn't care about their clients! I will be sure to share this experience with all my colleagues, friends, family and network in the ************** area. Remember this when you have special occasions, ******************!
