    I sent my computer into G7 and was pleased at the quick turnaround and careful packaging when they sent it back.
    Sadly, my story does not have a happy ending as my module returned error codes as soon as I tried to move the vehicle. John From G7 worked with me to clear the codes and retry to install the module.
    In the end, we both agreed that this module was flawed, and G7 cheerfully returned my money. I think they are standup guys, and happily give them five stars.

    G7 fixed an old ECM for a 2000 ******** **** that my mechanic told me was "fried" several years ago. G7 fixed it in one day and told me it was a simple CPU issue.I am happy to have it back as it was the original OEM that came with the car. The customer service was great and they answered all my questions via text promptly. No hassles, and I had the unit back with shipping both ways in 1 week. . The unit they fixed will replace another one I had purchased refurbished from another vendor which did not last 3 years and only had a 1 year warranty. Well done G7. Thank you for your great service.
