    I was excited to discover G7 after a 2 year effort to deal with a slowly degrading electrical system on my 2009 ****** XF Supercharged. I've owned the car since new and it remains in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. But it was among the earliest production cars with a complex integrated infotainment and engine management system, so I suppose BCM failure risk loomed. What started as occasional failure to properly power down (eg. lock car and walk away => accessory power resumes, gradually drains battery) expanded to an inability to start. Along the way we faced serial failures to diagnose, resulting in 4 new batteries and 2 replacements of the starter motor (and transmission control module) among other attempted repairs. A ****** dealer technician in Hartford, CT with unusually long tenure pointed to the BCM as the issue, and told me they couldn't fix it themselves. Finally we found G7 and they fixed the BCM on the first try, exactly as promised, within a day. Relative to other potential service shops found online, G7's clear, complete communication set them apart, then their price guarantee made them a no brainer choice. G7 even reprogrammed the restored device so all my dealership had to do was pop it back in. Thank you so much G7, you have restored my beloved car to a level of function I haven't enjoyed in 2+ years. Hoping the fix is permanent though I also take comfort in G7's lifetime warranty. Again huge thanks!!!

    Quick reply to my concerns, I heard about them from a friend who used them, so I sent my ecm to them, I will send others to them as they worked with me and resolved my issues I appreciate businesses that are honest these days

    This is a true to there word company!!! Not only are they fast at getting your ECM done and back to you they will promptly answer emails and text. I would use them again if needed.
