This auto body shop does not even deserve 1 star. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I had filed a claim with my insurance in Nov 2021. My initial appointment was scheduled for mid December 2021. I was able to get my car in for an initial look but received no paperwork on an estimate. While the wait time was understandable due to the pandemic including staff shortage and parts on back order, what is inexcusable and just plain bad business skills, is the inability to communicate and provide updates. I received 1 phone call shortly after my appointment was supposed to occur stating the parts were not in yet. The woman stated it should be another week or so. Periodically, through the span of 6+ months, I would call to check on the status. At that point, they did not recall who I was and the same woman kept saying they'd call me back but never did. My insurance company also called twice with the same statement of "we'll call you back". At this point, my car was rusting and I was losing patience. Luckily my insurance company found another auto body shop and in less than a month my car got an estimate, parts were in and the repair was complete. I should have went with my gut on this one when the first words out of Premier's mouth were "we're extremely busy". Not sure why Premier wouldn't want the business but again the pandemic is not an excuse for poor customer service skills. At the very least, an explanation should have been provided.
