      In February of 2023 during my purchase of my home, I purchased oil and we found that the Pertrometer was not working (my indicator of when oil is needed is no heat or hot water) I sent text messages and we spoke verbally several times to a rep who informed me they would send someone out to check the meter, no one came! April/May we spoke again when I purchased MORE oil and they informed me that I would need to dig to find top of tank and they would send someone to come check the meter, I did dig and no one came. In August they came by I showed the rep how much I dug out and he stated it wasn't enough so he instructed me to dig MORE to expose the piping, I explained to the rep that I understand I need to dig and I will however I need the meter fixed due to not knowing how much oil I have in my tank. The rep said someone would come, no one came! I reached out to ******************* with no reply. In October, I've contacted the rep and company asking if we can get the meter checked and replaced and informing the pipes are exposed, because I do not know how much oil I have, nothing was done and no reply! Now in November, I have run out of oil (NO HEAT OR HOT WATER) now forced to get another emergency oil delivery due to my family AND my tenant living here! Tried another company from referral, the new company says stay with Schildwatcher because he works with them! Now Schildwatcher rep stated that when I pay for this new delivery, someone will be out to assess the meter! I trusted that and received the $700 delivery of 150 gallons and STILL no one has yet to come out!!! Ive been texting rep and calling company with no reply!! As a business they should honor their word and take care of their paying customer! It is utterly disgusting that I am being treated in such manner which has prompted me to make this complaint! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..
