      I have been a customer of ******************** for almost 20 years and am filing this complaint because this is the third time that this has occurred. I am a will call customer which means that I do not have automatic delivery. In the past when I have called to request oil, the specific amount requested was delivered. I HAVE NEVER had Schildwachter fill up my tank. This allows me to budget for the expected oil bill. On August 25th, 2023, I called and requested 200 gallons. I recently received a bill for $2168.10 because they again FOR THE THIRD TIME decided to fill up my tank with ***** gallons. I believe the company is doing this on purpose in order to be able to send me a bill for it. The past 2 times that this has occurred, the billing department was kind enough to have me spread my payments over 2 months but at the end of the day they still got paid for something I DID NOT REQUEST. Again this is the third time that this has occurred and I am now filing a complaint in regards to their actions. I only requested 200 gallons and should be billed accordingly. Any extra that was put into my tank was unwanted and should be a costly loss on Schildwachter.

      On 8/25/2023 customer requested a delivery of 200 of oil.  ******* was delivered on 8/28/2023, however the driver filled the customer oil tank instead of delivering the requested amount.  On 9/13/2023 this was bought to my attention and I immediately spoke with **************  After listening to the customer and apologizing for our mishap, I offered ************** a resolution of paying for 200 gallons on a discounted rate that we both agreed too.   *****, agreeing to 3 months of no finance charges for the remaining balance to be paid.  Moreover,  I offered that if customer needed even more time to pay out the balance to please let us know.  We once again we apologized to ************** for this and thought we left in good terms.
