      I'm not sure what changed, but I bought a decent cover that lasted about one and a half years until the waterproofing failed and it rained and it soaked completely through. I figured that was pretty good for a lifespan so I ordered another cover, but this one didnt fit the car, it didnt cover the wheels, and it didnt cover the front spoiler. The wind vents did absolutely nothing. When I encountered a windy, rainy, day, I saw the cover flapping over the hood of my car. Their customer service stopped engaging with me and I wouldn't trust the quality of their products anymore. I purchased two, thinking I had made,the wrong purchase, and they did not rectify the situation. I found this company's products to be a waste of money. ******** warranty is a lie.

      ****************************** or ***************************** total scam artists, shysters ! Product does not perform as promised, not even close. Warranty and customer service is even worse than the product. Highly recommend to stay away from this company!Complaints: poor product quality, durability / poor, bullying customer service / unscrupulous application of their somewhat arbitrary warranty policy. Save your money and frustration and do not deal with this company.

      I ordered a custom/guaranteed to fit (per their site) car cover which is actually a generic cover and does not fit across the back tailgate of the car. The Carcover.com website is misleading as per their warranty/support/returns departments they do not make custom covers. Warranty is a joke! Offered 50% refund and $20 refund for my trouble! Site states Perfect Fit Guarantee: Designed for a snug, accurate fit and backed by a money-back guarantee for your satisfaction. (Copy and pasted from their site). They sent me a second cover stating the first was the wrong one.fits the same, no difference! I wasnt asked if I wanted the second sent, it just showed up in my email as shipped! I am now stuck with 2 covers that wont fit our car. To send back I have to pay shipping on both! Car over.coms site is also a replica of ****************************** which is deceiving to consumers! The agents emails made me feel like he figured I was a dumb female and I didnt know what I am talking about! Pictures are worth 1000 words! He couldnt see the problem in the pictures sent, said dont make custom covers, the cover fits perfectly! Thats a sales tactic as we couldnt get it to fit across the back of the car! Photos to prove it. Now we are out $$ and have 2 covers for no car!

      Purchase a outside cover.
      In 2024. Within the first year cover start deteriorate. Material flaked and left material on the car.
      I contacted carcover.com and was instructed to submit $55 payment for the partial warranty.

      Had an issue with the warranty a few years back and complained, now doing my warranty many years later it was quick and easy! They listened to my complaints and it was completely painless this time around, that’s why I’m making this review. Best company!

      I purchased a Gold Shield 5L car cover that only lasted 16 weeks this spring/summer before degrading. Like others they want to charge pro-rated to replace it. I have never seen a product degrade so fast that had a "Lifetime warranty". This is a scam to get you to keep paying them for poor quality covers.
      They will not even do a pro-rated refund for a product that failed so quickly.
      DO NOT BUY these car covers!!!

      This company is a fraud. They sell cheap car covers with a lifetime warranty. The covers fall apart in under 1 year and when you contact them for the warranty you have to pay a fee to receive the replacement. The 1st replacement I had to pay $54. Now it's only been 6 months and I contacted them again since it has completely started crumbling and falling apart, making a huge mess everywhere and they want me to pay $72. This is ridiculous and fraud. All lies!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Lifetime warranty? What lifetime warranty. Crazy how you can spend $200+ for peace of mind that the cover will last but only took less than 2 years and the cover is already deteriorating. Asked for warranty replacement and they are charging nearly half of what I paid for the item.
